Summary: Property was not ready for power outage. Situation turned really bad. Property management did not have a contingency plan for it.

Summary: I must say that I was not expecting what was advertised. It was better! Our balcony was literally over the crashing waves of the beach. The sunset is also right outside, not just seen from our private balcony but from the living room which is opened to the balcony. The private Jacuzzi was not heating because of the last tenant but it was too hot anyways and we just used it to cool off. The private rooftop view was amazing also. From sunrise over the mountains of Rincón to sunset to the west next to Isla Mona in the horizon. The villa has everything we needed and didn't really need to go anywhere. It was an amazing stay and we will go again every year from now on.

Summary: The property is very comfortable and spacious. The outside area is a plus and where you will like to spend most of the time. Brand new grill and a semiprivate jacuzzi. Manager & staff are very responsive. Beach access is not easy but there are plenty of beaches nearby. Not a problem at all.
