Villa Can Vincente is a large villa near San Antonio that has been part of our villa rental programme for many years. However this year it is undergoing a face lift with redecoration , some refurbishment and updating of furnishings etc which will further enhance thisgreat villa. It has always been very popular due to its location which is peaceful and private. However, a twenty minute stroll through the nearby country path will bring you right into the busy and vibrant resort of San Antonio Bay. From the bay, you can pick up the shoreline path that leads you along past Ocean Beach Club, the Ibiza Rocks Bar, the fabulous Arenal beach and Eden and Es Paradis nightclubs.
The more energetic, or fitness-enthusiastic guests, could even walk all the way to the famous Sunset Strip to visit Mambo, Cafe del Mar, Savannah and Mint. If you take it slowly, and stop off at a few bars along the route, it’s entirely feasible to reach on foot all that San An has to offer for a night out. Then get a five minute cab ride home at the end of the night!
You enter Villa Can Vincente through a large sliding gate that leads onto a huge driveway with plenty of parking space. The entrance to the villa leads into the central hallway from where you access the ground floor level of the property. This floor has three bedrooms, a large, modern kitchen diner and a newly fitted modern shower room. From the hallway is the staircase up to the first floor of the villa where there are three more bedrooms and a newly fitted bathroom and patio doors to a sun terrace. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
Outside, the villa has a wonderful large pool with plenty of room to spread out your sun loungers and look out across the countryside to views of San Antonio Bay. There is a shaded terrace with an outside dining area and a brick built barbecue. This is a great spot for long, lazy lunches with respite from the intense high summer sun, should you want it!

Summary: 11 of us rented the villa in August for a 30th birthday and we couldn’t have been happier. The villa was exactly what we were looking for, very spacious, great pool area and out of the way enough so that we were not disturbed. As mentioned in previous comments there is no air con in the villa which would make it a more comfortable stay however you soon get used to it and for the amazing price you really can’t complain. The villa was very well kept, and the cleanliness was to a high standard. Each room had towels and fresh linen. Over all we are extremely happy with our stay and would visit this villa again.

Summary: Lovely villa, great size although sleeping for 12 is fine, but can imagine squeezing 14 in makes it a little more uncomfortable if they are all adults / older kids. The path at the side of the property takes you 10 mins to walk down the hill until you reach a residential area and then another 10 mins to the seafront / other shops. There is a small Spar on the main road a bit closer but closes for siesta. Well recommend a visit to Sa Soca restaurant on the main road no more than 5/8 mins walk. The beaches aren’t great in San An, let’s be honest, but if you have such a great villa and pool then a 1 day visit out for a change of scenery is probably about right. Recommend a trip to the Lidl at the other end of town to stock up (an easy 40 mins walk) but get a taxi back for €10 and you have stocked for a good few days. We loaded up for 1 BBQ also at the Villa which again was really good. Avoid the Mexican tapas restaurant at the beach, good beer but food a disappointment. If you can find it, and it is a long walk past the White Rabbit, but go and find Kumharas restaurant. The food was the best we had, great venue by the beach with amazing sunset. Way better than the high price of €35 per head min spend at cafe mambo or cafe del mar. A total con if you ask me. My first ever Villa holiday and I have to say I loved every minute of it

Summary: This villa is lovely. Very spacious and has everything you need. Security is tight and everything well managed. Staff were great at Ibiza Villas , very attentive and will definitely be recommending. The owner of the villa is also a great guy that wanted nothing more than for us to feel at home in his villa. Absolutely over the moon with our stay there and cannot fault any of the companies we booked through!
