It is fully air-conditioned, equipped with all modern conveniences and adapted to people with reduced mobility.Located away from the crowds but 3 minutes from Villa Joyosa, between Alicante, and Benidorm, located just above four fine sandy beaches, the villa is in perfect condition, located in a very quiet and noiseless neighborhood.You enter a very large living room of about 180 m2 living room illuminated by l by large windows overlooking the sea and a covered terrace. The kitchen is ultra modern, spacious, with two refrigerators and a "cupboard" freezer, and all the accessories, piano several meters long.On the same level, distributed from this reception area, four spacious and ultra comfortable bedrooms, two are double bedrooms with bathrooms wc, two others share a bathroom wc, located between the two bedrooms.By the elevator located in the reception area:1. Summary: This home is off the charts!! The arch design, the interior decor/designer touches, the comfort of space, the outdoor rooftop and pool are a big abrazo of meditterrean love! The daily oversight was great and the location close to beaches and cute towns were added plus for our family vacation. Oh and can we applaud the view for your morning coffee! You will not be disappointed. We hope to return!

Summary: The villa is stunning and even better in person than in the pictures, we had 10 of us staying there and it never felt crowded or on top of each other. The host and cleaner we had brilliant communication with throughout and even was ok with myself and my partner viewing the villa at the start of the year. We finished our stay off by having our wedding on the roof top with 30 of our close family and friends which everyone said was gorgeous and the views to die for. Would 100% be recommending the villa and villajoyosa to everyone.

Summary: The property was crazy cool. Good pool, nice rooms, great kitchen (maybe sharpen the knifes every view months ;)) and the cleaning lade came every day which was also reliable and nice to have. The only negative point is that you need to drive around 15 minutes to get into a town with a view restaurants

Summary: Villa Carlota is easily the nicest place we have ever stayed. The sunset views of the Mediterranean / Alicante are some of the finest in the world. It was just a short walk to the Bol Nou Cove which had gentle, clear water for the kids. Be sure to bring water shoes as the stones can be a bit hard on the feet. Claude and Elena were very helpful and responsive throughout. Highly recommend!

Summary: This villa is amazing from booking to arrival everything went so smoothly . The villa has everything you need to enjoy your stay and the outdoor kitchen was amazing ! Elena was super helpful especially when my daughter was unwell . There is no negative points about this villa . We has2 families staying and we never felt on top of each other - would highly recommend Maria the cleaner was also fantastic

Summary: We spent 10 days at this beautiful Villa. We have a 3 year old and 8 month old crawling baby. Good communication prior to going and we asked if they had a potty and one was bought. Whilst there Elena answers any questions via WhatsApp. If there was an issue it was immediately sorted out. The Villa is stunning. On the ground floor there is a 2 bedroom self contained flat. There is also a large open space which has a table tennis and football table. Between each floor is a lift with a code. Middle and main floor there are 4 bedrooms (one bedroom you walk through to reach the other). For us with little ones having everyone on one level was great - didn’t have to worry about stairs and meant we were all close by. There is a huge open plan kitchen, diner and two sofa areas. The sofas are really comfy and very big! We wanted to take them home. Bedrooms are lovely - two of them have beautiful views. Beds were comfy. Good sound proofing between the rooms. TV had Netflix and prime. Kitchen has everything you need - lovely big island, double sink, 2 fridges, freezer. There is also a filtered tap so you don’t need to buy bottled water and an ice machine. Outside there is a hot plate to cook on and outdoor eating area. On the other side is a covered wrap around balcony- we had our dinner here in the evening and watched and listened to the sea. The pool is amazing! It was heated which was great with young children. Safe steps into the pool.

Summary: This was by far the most beautiful villa that we have ever experienced and we are world travellers. My entire family was in awe of the beautiful home and unbelievable views of the ocean. Every room was beautifully decorated. The kitchen and amenities were wonderful. We were a family of 6 and it was absolutely perfert for us. Maria, the housekeeper did a great job every day and that was a plus. My family would love to return. Alicante was lovely and lots to do in the area, including a day trip to Valencia. It was difficult leaving the villa to go sightseeing. Don't hestitate to book this exceptional villa!
