Positive: Very nice apartment, view from upper terrace included sea and mountains few km's away. The villa is 6km from nearest town so it very quiet. The host was very (VERY) helpful and nice.

Negative: The pool was closed during my stay :D (3rd week of April)

Summary: Really recommend this place AND host.

Positive: Villa Cattleya is very quiet and clean place. Everything was good and clean. Don’t expect big hotel service here, because this is family business, but if you need something just send message and they help very fast, very supportive people. View from balcony is really great, very panoramic and beautiful. Place is not new, but totally acceptable and good. For Sicily it is more than ok. Also important, in Sicily better have a car. For me one of the best things was shower — maybe hottest water on whole island :) Kitchen is full equipped with gas, and there is small fridge too. Very good stay, nice people, beautiful view.

Positive: The property is truly a piece of heaven surrounded by olive groves and pure tranquility. Despite its peaceful setting, it’s only a 2-minute drive from town, where you’ll find plenty of supermarkets. Parking is very safe, located inside a gated area, which gave us great peace of mind. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and super responsive. We had a small issue late in the evening, and they arrived at the property within minutes to help us! We honestly cannot recommend this place enough and will definitely be rebooking another stay soon.

Positive: Beautiful swimming pool big outdoor space among the olive trees garden. Even in October you can still use the pool . There is nice big terrace also free parking space . About 25 mins drive to Cefalu . 10mins drive to beach .

Negative: The apartment is spacious but only one bed room the loft has one sofa bed no pillows no warm blanket the night time is a bit chill. No coffee machine or moka only tea bag

Positive: Flexible check-in, caring and super-friendly host, amazing view and the vila garden. The pool is fantastic. Barbecue availability and terrace to eat outside!!

Negative: We lack some kitchen staff, e.g., cooking knives, wine glasses, hand soap, bottle opener. The water temperature in the shower had no regulation, so we struggle a bit from hot water. Bad luck with internet connection.

Summary: We enjoyed the stay anyway!

Pool is very nice and clear water, it is just 5.4km to the nearest village of lascari,were you can find super markets,pharmacies and all your needs. It is highly recomended,Also the owners are very nice,and ready to saticfy your needs.

Positive: The beauty of the garden surrounded by orchards, the sunset from the bedroom terrace, the pool, the space and the arrangement of the apartment. Although you feel lost in a natural village atmosphere, you have a large supermarket 5 minutes by car and the beach of Campofelice di Roccella with fine sand (but also with some stones) 10 minutes from the house by car. All our requests were met promptly.
