Positive: We stayed at this lovely hotel in the hills of Italy for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was very clean, and the owners and staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. We had some problems during our trip, but the staff helped us so much and made us feel at home. The hotel is in a small village on a mountain — a perfect place for a real Italian experience, surrounded by beautiful nature and warm-hearted people. We will definitely come back and can recommend this place to anyone visiting Bologna or Modena. It's quiet and peaceful, but the big cities are still easy to reach by car. Definitely coming back! :)

Positive: The room was cosy and clean, so is the bathroom. The restaurant serves good food. The owner‘s daughter at reception and in the service was nice and helpful.

Negative: There was a party until 2am which kept me from sleeping. I was warned only 2 days ahead without the option of cancelling my stay and without any compensation measures. No real apologies either. The walls of the rooms are a bit thin. The access to the pool is 20€/day which is disproportionate. Also a swimming cap is mandatory.

Summary: Beautiful place, but mixed feelings regarding customer service
