Positive: The property was very nicely decorated. There was a huge tv. Lots of essentials were provided like tooth Brushes. It was also big and bright.
Negative: Unfortunately the heating didn’t work properly. So the flat was freezing cold and we had to sleep with our coats on.

Negative: You have to pay taxes on the day of arrival before checking in. It eas rather difficult to make the payments staying in the sun with all our luggage. It would be better if we could pay everything in advance

Positive: Dec’ 24. The apartment was clean and nice, enough space for 3 persons and the host helpful and available. After some misunderstanding on the beginning (connected with address and goggle maps) the rest of our accommodation was good.
Negative: The only bad thing were big garbages on a short street, and they were cleaned quite often - in a noisy way.

Positive: We chose this apartment because it had an interesting location, good ratings and a suitable price. Typical European apartments (where you don't even get a good afternoon greeting due to time constraints).
Negative: There is no welcome water, fruit, or coffee. You only get the condo, and you have to take care of the experience yourself. There is also no advance communication from the owner about the check-in process. You get instructions on how to check-in and pay your travel fees on the day of arrival (not very convenient if you're on a flight or on the road with no communication on the day of arrival). It's all functional, but the feeling of it all is that the owner here is more concerned with his own convenience than the guest's. We stay in 50 different hotels (both private villas, apartments and 4*-5* hotels) on average per year, and in most hotels owners or staff treat guests like water, not doing anything beyond the hotels, with strained smiles and standard wishes (it's normal). So this apartment is just one of those - normal.
