Positive: Lots of room for everyone to spread out. The pool and villa is really big and the garden beautifully maintained. Air con in the bedrooms was very welcome.
Negative: Nothing we didn’t like however this is a two bathroom property I think they say 3 as there are two showers and a toilet in the basement where the pool motor is. Not convenient to use as stairs are steep and with wet feet not really safe. We had to share a bathroom with our Son but that’s not the end of the world. The kitchen needs more equipment such as food prep bowls and knives., grater.I am sure Cristina would have organised that for us but we just got on with it. There is no dishwasher but I knew that before we went . It is also quite small and could do with an extra food prep station. I love to cook so perhaps I am being picky

Positive: The swimming pool is the highlight of this Villa. It's huge for a private pool. Air con in all three double bedrooms. It also has two bathrooms and a large living space.
Negative: Would benefit from clear instructions on how to find the villa - it's in a gated area and there's only one way in and out, which Google Maps (or equivalent) doesn't account for. You probably do need a car if you stay here.

Positive: The location is very handy for the beach. We walked it a couple of times, but a car is possible for the faint-hearted.
Negative: I have drawn Cristina's attention to a couple of small omissions in the kitchen, and I'm confident they will be put right.
Summary: Out of this world. Step into the pages of a glossy magazine with this architecture and pool.

Positive: The villa is huge, you have a lot of space. Air cobditioners was n the rooms worked fine. Big kitchen included with almost everything you could ask for. Washing machine was available too. Two terraces. Especially the huge pool is really amazing! It is even cooler with the lights on in the evening. The location is safe, in a gated community. Close to Palermo and Mondello Beach, but I would recommended to have a rental car.
Negative: There was no dishwasher (but I saw that before in the description). The gated community has only one exit we could use, which was fine, but a little bit confusing. Google Maps has some problems with these exits.
Summary: Really great stay in an amazing place in Sicily, we loved it!

The highlight of the house was undoubtedly the pool, strategically positioned right in front of the living room. Its sheer size rivaled that of a luxurious hotel, and we found ourselves spending hours basking in the sun and taking refreshing dips. The picturesque setting, embraced by a variety of trees and colorful flowers, created an ambiance of tranquility and serenity. The interior of the house was equally impressive. With three spacious rooms, all equipped with air conditioning, our two families felt right at home. The bedrooms provided a comfortable and restful retreat after long days of exploration. Having two bathrooms was an added convenience, allowing each family to have their own private space. As we wandered through the house, we felt like we were strolling through an art gallery. The carefully chosen furniture pieces and tastefully displayed paintings on the walls added a touch of sophistication to the entire place. One standout feature was the intricately designed kitchen doors, which were true works of art in themselves. Location-wise, the house couldn't have been better. Having our own car made it incredibly convenient to reach both Mondello Beach and Palermo city center within minutes. The pristine sandy shores of Mondello Beach beckoned us for lazy beach days, while the vibrant city center of Palermo offered a rich cultural experience with its historical landmarks and delectable cuisine. I must also commend the landlord for their exceptional hospitality and attentiveness from the moment we booked the house until the end of our stay.
