Positive: Lovely quiet rural location , you definitely need a car! Not difficult to find and beautiful buildings found at end of drive. Friendly host and staff, although sometimes a little bit of 'Lost In Translation' was evident , especially over trying to book an evening meal ( didn't happen). Anyway we got by by driving into Caltagirone to eat, 10 minutes to get there Excellent breakfast with good choice. Room comfortable and clean.
Negative: Shame we couldn't use the pool as we understand it 'wasn't ready' to use
Summary: Great place to stay if you want a peaceful nights sleep with lovely surroundings.

Positive: The family, three brothers, and Pina, the manager were so accommodating, kind, and welcoming.The breakfasts were very good, and the dinners were really delicious, five star meals. The villa is beautiful, with a pool, on several acres of land, and a vineyard. Just stunning. The best part of Villa d’Andrea are the family, very special people.
Summary: A beautiful place run by such an outstanding group of people. It will be the highlight of our visit

Positive: It was quiet and serene in the countryside and in the hills southwest of Caltagirone. The staff, especially Pina, were delightful. The price was fair.
Negative: It was clean and comfortable, just unremarkable. The Sicilians and Italians might call it “rustico” - a rustic farmhouse feel.
Summary: If you are looking for quiet and solitude, this B&B is for you!
