Positive: The room was spacious, modern, and had great amenities, i.e. (jacuzzi tub, step-in shower, double vanity, refrigerator, and a sprawling balcony with a hot tub.
Negative: The phone in the room did not work at all. Anytime that I needed something, I had to go downstairs. The desk clerk on night duty didn't seem to know how to do anything (i.e. fix the phone, work the hot tub, etc.). He even suggested that I wait until the next day to use the hot tub. Little to no initiative was shown.
Summary: The facility exceeded expectation despite frustration with a non-working phone and help with hot tub

Positive: Nice clean hotel. Very comfy bed and pillows. I slept like a baby every night. The window shutters are pitched black! (Which I loved!!!) You need to put alarm or else you will wake up late!! Bagno 169's staffs are great and very friendly. They are about to close the kitchen when we arrive but they still served us even we are 12 persons. Much appreciated.
Negative: It would be great if they have different breakfast variation. For us who stayed there for 7 days and eating the same breakfast everyday was a bit disappointing. And the check out time was too early. 10.30. Thank you.

Positive: Excellent breakfast and also food intollerances considered well.
Negative: There were some problems with the keycard of the room and I had the manual key because of that. Some problems with the electricity (lights) in the very last night, but we managed to resolve it. This was, however, just a small detail and not giving a big harm.
Summary: Clean, spacious and very modern, beautiful premises. I recommend.
