Positive: We really enjoyed the house - very spacious! The pool was great and the area was very convenient to all the activities in the south! It was also great to have the beach within a 5 min walk. The host was also very responsive / accommodating.

Negative: Hot water a little too less for a famoly of 5 if one of the kids had a shower after a surf at tamarind rest of family suffered with cold showers afterwards. But not too bad.

Positive: I can recommend it to anyone who wants a huge space for himself and his family, wants to cook and grill himself. Super location, quiet and peaceful, if you have a rented car, you can park it inside the property. The villa is spacious and clean, everything is functional, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, you will find here everything you can think of and what you need. Really functional and fast WiFi! I have to specially mention the owner, who has a really great attitude, thought out every detail to make your stay easier, responded to every question quickly. I have been staying in different parts of the world and travel a lot, but this gentleman's attitude is the best I have come across so far. Overall, I have to recommend this accommodation to everyone!
