Positive: The balcony was huge, sheltered and made private with lush plants which were well looked after. The hosts were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. It's only about 200m to walk to Voroneț monastery which is stunning. The atmosphere is extremely peaceful, surrounded by nature, trees abd plants and the entire house smells of wood. There is a stove which presumably can be used in winter but this was not required in September as it was hot. The house is constructed of wood which makes it even more special, as this was traditionally the material of choice for houses in the area. Also, the hosts speak excellent English (which shouldn't be expected but is rare in the area, I found), which made it very easy for me, who has very poor ability in Romanian.
