Villa Eanda was designed to have balance with a central hub and 3 blades, containing 5 identical en-suite bedrooms, an elegant curved marble staircase that takes you to the upper wings with bedrooms and balconies. Travertine marble which extends out to the pool area creates a sense of light and space to compliment the environment for a relaxing holiday. Outside in the tranquil garden there is a large private salt swimming pool, jacuzzi, BBQ, kitchen and a large Turkish Kurch. The poolside also has an outdoor shower and toilet facilities to save you going indoors, and to make your holiday even more chilled you have an outside bar/kitchen area complete with washing machine and fridge freezer. The villa design ensures each bedroom suite is separate within its own wing with its own terrace or balcony. Each wing of the house is joined by a terrace or balcony to enable the occupants to select sunshine or shade whatever the holiday heart desires. Slowly as the light fades across the sky, the stunning sunsets begin for your visual pleasure.

Summary: We came as a party of 9. Ranging from 15yrs- 70+. There was plenty of space at villa to do your own thing. We were unsure about pool at time of booking as it was our first time of using a salt water pool. We found we had nothing to worry about, it was so much better than a chlorine one. The outside seating area was a plus if you wanted to go in the shade and have read. The kitchen had all the home from home bits you would need. We hired bikes as it is about a 20 min walk into town and it is on a main road with no paths. In evenings hired taxis (20 lira). The communication with villa manager Sinan was good as you could WhatsApp him anytime and he would reply promptly. Villa owner Alan was great in build up to our holiday as he sorted all that needed sorting regarding paperwork, transfers. He even sorted a basic shopping list for when we arrived. Overall a great relaxing time was spent with the family. Thanks villa Eanda

Summary: Villa Eanda is an absolutely beautiful villa and more than exceeded our expectations, nothing was too much trouble when booking with Alan and Sinan the manager is an absolute star who goes above and beyond to meet your every needs (we had a birthday and he organised a cake etc with very short notice) Our party will certainly be returning to Villa Eanda in the not too distant future, Thank you Alan and Sinan for making our holiday an absolute pleasure

Summary: Firstly a very friendly helpful owner and manager of this property. Lovely large comfortable villa, with excellent large clean overlap saltwater pool and terrace. We have stayed in many villas in Dalyan and this pool has been the best by far. 25min flat easy walk to town, bikes at villa would have been helpful but easy to rent some if required. Manager could arrange taxis if needed. Bus at end of road to beach or town at least once an hour. Very good water cooler essential was kindly provided at our request. Nice to pick oranges and to use electric Juicer each morning . Beds comfortable, good cleaner weekly No TV channels but dvd player was useful on occasions. Husband was taken ill and very good Manager Sinan looked after us for all our needs. The only negatives were difficult to use oven , and a poor reception for temporary internet. Also unfortunately unavoidable noise from daily building works at new villas (nearly finished) nearby . We enjoyed our stay , and would consider another visit one day. Thankyou very much Alan.

Summary: This was our second stay at this wonderful villa and again surpassed our expectations. Alan (Owner) assisted us through all the various paperwork and preparation activities, even assistance with the 'shopping' list ... Thank you Alan On arrival at Dalayan, we were meet at the airport and taken to the villa, were we were met by Sinan, who was excellent. The villa was spotless and we soon settled in, 'homeroom home' Superb location, quiet, peaceful, near enough to town, but also just that little bit away to achieve that sense of tranquility we all so need on holiday. Sinan and his team were excellent, supportive, able to provide taxis at a moment notice irrespective of the mad times we called him, sorry about that Sinan :) . I would not hesitate to recommend this villa, book it and never look back, i am sure you will be rebooking it on your return, just like we did. Again Alan, Sinan and the team ........ thank you for making our holiday fantastic regards Russ, Tracey, Rodney, Demelza, Michael & Michaela

Summary: Villa Eanda, with it's amazing pool and fabulous gardens, was simply perfect. It is located in a quiet, but easily accessible part of Dalyan and we found the bikes we hired, a perfect option, rather than hiring a car as we have done previously. We were learning to dive and so were out on a boat for 5 days, and it was such a delight coming back to Villa Eanda each night. It is well equipped, comfortable and a fabulous place to spend time with the family. We cooked and ate outside, spent evenings in watching DVD's and played some of the numerous card and board games on offer. There was something for everyone. Alan, Sinan and the team, catered for our every need - from transfers, food shopping, hiring bikes and coffee machines, to birthday cakes and birthday meals. They helped us with anything we needed and run a first class service! Thank you all! We will definitely be returning to this gorgeous haven sometime soon!

Summary: The property is beautiful no praise can be enough. The pool amazing and the gardens with the oranges and lemons growing a real treat. When you book a villa you worry that the reviews maybe not 100 % true but I can tell you in this case they were 100% true. One of my daughters on the holiday Was 20 weeks pregnant and we had a 3 year grandson with us so sometimes the walk into dalyan they felt was tiring no problem a quick call to Sinan and taxi arrives and at 15tl great value. We were delayed departing Newcastle for 2 hours a quick text to Alan and all transfers at Dalaman airport sorted. All in all a relaxing, trouble free holiday with excellent support from Alan and Sinan even down to Sinan doing shopping. We will definitely be returning. Many thanks x

Summary: We arrived with the Manager who met us to welcome us to the Villa. The first impressions of the Villa are obviously important and they were excellent. Throughout the week we felt the same. Not one single thing gave us a bad experience. Every little detail has been considered by the host. The Villa is luxurious with plenty of essentials. The host and manager are always available to cater for your needs. The Gardens, Pool area and surrounds are kept immaculate. This Villa is secluded and private. We highly recommend Villa Eanda. It will meet your every need

Summary: The photos of Villa Eanda really don't give the full picture of how stunning both the villa and its location are. The private garden is very large and has fantastic views of the mountains. We all found our own favourite spots to relax. The minimalistic interior is very calming and cool. We had no arguments choosing our bedrooms as they are identical and no one had to settle for an inferior room. The views from all the balconies are different but equally stunning. We cooked in the well equipped kitchen but also cooked on the barbecue and ate outside. The salt water pool is refreshing and chemical-free and the pool area is very spacious and well equipped with sun beds and umbrellas. This was our second stay at Villa Eanda. Our first visit was in May. So we have stayed here in spring and autumn and both seasons gave us a different but equally impressive impression of both the villa and Dalyan. In May, the garden was beginning to look its best with the orange and lemon trees overloaded with fruit and flowers starting to bloom. The days were hot, the swimming pool was warm and the evenings were balmy. The town was waking up and welcoming a new season's tourists. In October, the garden was still green and full of flowers, with the pomegranates ripe for harvesting. The daytime temperatures were still in the mid 20's, the swimming pool was still warm but the evenings were becoming fresher. The town was winding down for the end of the season. Sinan, the property manager and Alan, the owner, worked hard together to make us feel welcome and made our stay extremely enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back.

Summary: We have been to Turkey many times over the last 9 years and this is the first villa that we have rebooked! We were there last year and already booked for this year. The party was 5 adults and this time 6 of us. The villa itself is stunning from the fabulous high decor inside to the lovely area outside. The salt water pool is great and so much better than the chlorine type pool. I was trying to think how the villa could be improved and honestly, none of us could think of a single aspect we would change. Fabulous villa, book it and have a brilliant holiday. Sinan and the team who look after the villa make a great team and everything from booking to transfers, shopping deliver prior to arrival, what more could you ask for!
