Negative: Nothing. Only problem I didn't notice no WiFi but that's on me. It states clearly. Otherwise everything is excellent. Very happy to recommend.

Positive: Great communication with owner. Apartment was in a great position really close to the town centre. Parking was super easy right outside the apartment. Walking distance to restaurants and boulangeries for breakfast. Supermarket 3 mins away by car. St Jean d’Angely is a really nice little town.
Negative: Nothing. Everything was great.
Summary: Great stop off on way home.

Positive: A really beautiful and cosy little apartment, very close to all amenities.
Negative: For foreign guests, note there is no WiFi. It wasn't a problem for us though.

Positive: The lovely Villa Elda does not look anything from the outside but it is beautiful inside. Great value for money. Location is ideal - a walk from the lovely friendly town of Saint Jean D'Angely. The town looks like its seen better days, but it's one of the friendliest I have stayed in, and I think it's about to become a Spa Town which should help bring it's spark back. Our host met us at the property and showed us around to make sure we had everything we needed. I understand that he lives next door and is a local who has lived there all his life. There is parking outside so we were able to meet our host at the doorstep & unload everything easily from the car. The apartment is immaculate. Very clean. It has everything you need. We were able to cook a meal in the apartment & all the pans/utensils were there. It's a quaint little apartment that is really quiet even though cars passing on road & car park outside. Birds in trees in the car park make it feel relaxing when you open the double windows. I couldn't fault it. We will be back.
Negative: No complaints at all. Note that host only speaks French and we were able to chat in French. Note also that there are steps up to the apartment so difficult for wheelchair access. However, they have thought of children and have a safe gate at the top of the stairs, which I thought was very good...especially for us older people who might miss their step ;-) Lastly, for our host, I could not find a kettle or a tea pot but that's a brit abroad ;-) I understand that this is typically French and there are coffee making facilities.... I just boiled a pot of water for my tea....But that's it. We loved your apartment and will definitely be back. Note we visited in April. I dont know what it would be like in the Summer. There are fans provided.
Summary: Great location few mins walk from Saint Jean D'Angely. Immaculate, clean, friendly. We will return.
