Summary: The check-in process was seamless and the team kept in contact with us prior to our arrival. The bedrooms are set up in a way where it feels like they are all separate private apartments with a common area in the center (perfect for a group of friends). The property was clean and felt very safe. The pool was really nice, especially at night with it being lit. We had a great time and overall no complaints. I can't recommend it enough. Thanks!

Summary: We had a very nice week in Terres Basses. The Villa has a well equipped kitchen. There were a couple small issues that Capucine handled immediately including replacing the nespresso machine. The location is a little remote but accurately described (Carrefour express is close as is Mezza Luna a lovely italian rest. on the beach). It should be noted that the 4th bedroom is downstairs, quite dark, and is quite separate from the rest of the home/guests. In that room it is necessary to access the bathroom by going out with a separate key. All of this could be 'no big deal' for some guests, but you should know in advance. In general it's a lovely home, great shared common space with pool and patio. We love St. Martin and Capucine is lovely.

Summary: Beautiful Villa! We had a group of six so the 3-,bedroom/3-bathroom arrangement worked well. The infinity pool was a plus. Capucine is very attentive and helped with all of our questions/asks. I look forward to next time on St. Martin!

Summary: The place was clean and wonderfully designed. There are three bedrooms with their own bathroom and all are separate from each other. Infinity pool was spectacular. it stayed the perfect temp and the views from it were wonderful. Very relaxing place. Capucine was quick to respond and She gave us suggestions on where to eat and things to do. She also set up a couple excursions for us. I would highly recommend this place
