Villa with character that has been restored recreating its rustic origins, ideal for couples or small families. It is located near 'El Mal Pas', one of the best areas of Alcudia, just 1.5 kilometers from the beach and close to the old village. Very comfortable for its proximity to everything you need supermarkets, shops, restaurants ...
The villa has a large garden with perfect places to relax away from the noise and crowds, there you will find a pool with sun loungers and a porch full of shade perfect for spending warm evenings. It really is a very private and independent place.
The house was built two centuries ago and maintains all the character of yesteryear in its details.
Distribution
Inside the house there are two bedrooms, a dining room with wooden beams, a full kitchen with all amenities and bathroom. The stone walls of the house keeps the interior temperature very pleasant.
On the outside we can enjoy a separate suite of the house with bathroom and a beautiful porch (refurbished in 2016).
The house is equipped with air conditioning and internet.
Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.
Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.
Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.
Note 5. On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.

Summary: We were two couples and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Petit. The garden is very large, ideal for relaxing outdoors and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. In addition, the location is excellent, very convenient for getting around the area and visiting the surrounding area without having to travel far.

Summary: The house was cozy and lovely, great to have swimming pool, bbq, big garden and some toys for the kids. One of the rooms is in a private small house in the garden, great for privacy. the house is lovely and hosts very kind.

Summary: The villa is in great location within easy distance of Alcudia and Pollensa so plenty to do. The pool area and pool house is fantastic and we spent our time outside which was marvellous. Pretty garden The bedding is poor, and we needed more pillows. We did request but none arrived. When you paying top dollar for a villa good mattresses and sheets make a massive difference to comfort. There was no guest information which would have been useful on arrival. (Things like market days, bin information etc) We did have a problem with a dreadful smell in kitchen, but the owner came out quickly and sorted out which was great. Overall a good stay but with a few easy changes it would have been 5 star.

Summary: The villa is beautiful with a fantastic sized pool and lots of surrounding grass areas. It was extremely tidy and well equipped. Beds were extremely comfortable which is always a plus. Lots of towels were also available for our family. When we arrived Juan was there to give us all the information we needed. He was extremely helpful and friendly. Juan was also quick to respond to any queries throughout the stay. The villa is approx a ten minute walk to the nearest supermarket and a range of excellent restaurants . We did this most days and then walked to the square for a taxi back home. This was approx 5 euro. The road back to the villa at night was a little dark and with children we felt it easier to take a taxi. We had a fantastic time at the villa and would love to return. Alcúdia is a great spot for families and Els Oliver’s was perfect for our needs.

Summary: The house was situated in an ideal place and the interior was decorated with furnished with the highest quality in mind. The atmosphere is very relaxing with a nice pool and beautiful garden. We could not have asked for a better location, between the town and several small private beaches. The walks we took were incredible. We only need the car for exploring other places like the towns of Valdemosa, LLuc and the capital Palma.

Summary: Alcudia is an old place, with roman ruins and a great gothic church. We chose a rustic retreat to really get into the feel of it. Impressive stonework and private. Those were the two main qualities that literally embrace you when you are there. Plus it is very clean, the management were friendly and full of advice. Great location next to Alcudia where there is a charming market and everything we needed. The two weeks we spent really rejuvenated our spirits.
