Positive: The hospitality was superb. Franca greeted us on arrival and showed us the apartment. Bed was soft and comfortable and the kitchen was filled with utensils and the cabinet had glasses, cups and plates. Perfect opportunity to cook as well. Truly an amazing place to spend a relaxing time whilst visiting Perugia.
Negative: Absolutely nothing to complain about.
Summary: Ciao Perugia till we meet again.

Positive: The appartments are in a private house with a garden and parking. We could sit outside having breakfast and enjoying beautiful view on mountains. The rooms and kitchen are fully equipped.
Negative: It was a little bit noisy, especially early morning, because of two dogs living on the garden. But the dogs are funny and very friendly to guests.

Positive: If you come to this area, you choose accommodation based on your needs. The location of the house was very convenient for me (although it’s accessible only by car). It’s a large house with ample parking space. The apartment is located on the ground floor, which is convenient for guests with large luggage. The hosts are a young couple—very friendly. The hostess speaks very good English, so communication is easy. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. We had a very large living room combined with a kitchen, a spacious bathroom, and a bedroom with a large bed, a wardrobe, a sofa, and a separate glass-door exit to the parking area. There’s plenty of different lighting options. The bed linen and towels were clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom has two sinks, one of which is deep (suitable for laundry), a shower cabin, and a bidet. There’s plenty of space, with storage areas for toiletries. A hairdryer is provided. Shampoo and liquid soap are available but of very low quality. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, microwave, large refrigerator, and dishwasher. It includes cookware, dining utensils, and tableware. You can cook anything you want. Salt, pepper, and olive oil are provided.
Negative: I visited during the winter when it was about 0°C (32°F) outside, so the house was cold. There is a heating system, but the space is large and doesn’t warm up well. It’s probably well-cooled in the summer, though. From the outside, the house looks much better than it does inside. Unfortunately, there’s no hint of the world-renowned Italian interior design style. The renovation is tasteless and cheap. The furniture and appliances are old and don’t look very clean. The cutlery is old aluminum (modern stylish and affordable alternatives are easily available at stores like Ikea). These details ruin the overall impression and don’t make you want to return, even though the hosts and the house itself are welcoming 😊. The apartment lacks a cozy atmosphere. This is the kind of place suited for short-term stays, mainly for business travelers. A sense of coziness helps you unwind during such trips, but unfortunately, it’s absent here. The kitchen setup encourages self-catering, but the pots and pans are very old, making it unpleasant to cook. Additionally, the kitchen lacks napkins, cleaning cloths, and cleaning supplies. This creates discomfort when you want to clean up after cooking or eating. The hostess suggested using the dishwasher, but sometimes you just need to quickly wash something and dry it. If a self-catering service is offered, these small details are crucial for comfort. The WiFi internet access is slow. There are several access points in the house, but connecting was problematic, and the final quality didn’t allow for video conferencing. I’d like to wish the wonderful hosts to consider these suggestions and gradually improve the atmosphere of the apartment. I visit this region often and might stop by again in a year or so to see the progress.
