Positive: It was clean. Location was good.
Negative: Garage cans outside were full already when we arrived. Fridge was leaking on and off on the floor. Dishwasher had water laying in it off and on. Water pressure low. Bedroom remotes in closet. I would recommend laying them on the bed to be found easier.
