All Villa Messidor is open, except the reserve and the garage of the owner. On the ground floor are 3 bedrooms including a master suite. On the floor 3 other rooms of which 2 with balcony. All rooms are equipped with large closets except one that is both room and office. The living rooms are spacious, the huge terrace, the garden planted and flowers, the south facing pool is equipped with a dozen sunbaths and an outdoor shower, a garage for 4 cars and + is at your disposal

Summary: it is a nice house and we enjoyed our stay. It was a little bit could so that we could use the pool only once.And in the evenings it was a little bit cold inside the house

Summary: Upon arrival the cleaners were very helpful and busy about their work, the property manager arrived as scheduled and all was in place for the utterly enjoyable holiday we experienced. The facilities were excellent with everything catered for, the pool a refreshing break from the soaring temperatures and the loungers very popular with the teens! The view is amazing and boat spotting from the balcony a regular pastime. Recommend the local boulangerie, with the nearby Spar very convenient when you cannot be bothered, or it is to hot, to go to the hypermarket! All in all thoroughly recommended for a family week of relaxation in the sun.

Summary: The view is great. There is a lovely little bakery just around the corner and very nice hosts who were easy to contact. The beach is within walking distance, and it has some of the clearest water we have ever seen along the French Mediterranean coast. The café offers some really good food and very nice staff. Yes, some of the interior is a bit dated, but you will find that it doesn't matter at all. The bedrooms are nice, simple, and clean, and the terrace and pool are amazing. The pool is a little short of 2m at its deepest for those who care about that. :)

Summary: On Arrival at Le Messidor you are instantly amazed with the panoramic view of the coastline and the large swimming pool. It was the perfect place for our family holiday. We spent our days around the pool, sitting under the trees for shade and evenings on the terrace watching the boats and twinkling lights of the distant towns. Walking distance to the Boulangerie, supermarket, restaurants, port, beach and train station made it a perfect location. Would highly recommend a stay at Le Messidor.

Summary: This is a beautiful villa in an excellent location. The facilities are great for groups of friends and for families with teenagers. The host was very welcoming. All in all an excellent holiday location with easy access to public transport if you don't want to drive or hire a car.

Summary: The villa was perfect for our family holiday! Large, spacious & light with plenty of rooms to allow everyone their own space! A well equipped kitchen & laundry facilities etc. Beautiful grounds with plenty of shady areas which we definitely needed with weather temps we weren’t used to!!! Of course the piece de resistance was the wonderful pool which the we all loved & had great fun in …. from baby to grandparents!!!! The villa was perfectly located with bakery, cafes, restaurants, shops & beaches all within walking distance!

Summary: We had a lovely stay at this property. We were a group of 3 familes each with 3 kids aged 2-8 so 15 of us in all and had plenty of room. The kids had a great time at the pool and balcony with amazing views was a great place for the adults to relax in the evening. Nice beaches and restaurants within walking distance, highly recommended!
