Positive: We absolutely loved staying at Maria and Marios beautiful home! There are panoramic ocean view from the home and the jacuzzi hot tub. it was a wonderful stay and we thank them so much for their hospitality. We came with our large family and grandparents and everyone of all ages had a great time. the kids loved the playground too! We did the ship wreck boat ride one day that they recommended and it was wonderful, the bluest water we have ever seen. amazing! also this home is near several small wonderful beaches. great location!

Positive: The property was very clean and had a lot of amenities. It was also very private and had a beautiful view of the sea. Maria and her family are very friendly and very helpful.

Negative: The swimming pool is a bit cold and at that altitude it was windy.

Positive: Location, location, location, located on a quiet elevated position with fantastic views over the Ionian Sea and Kefalonia, this property will not disappoint, everything at hand, shops and great restaurants just 5 mins drive away. The Villa was one of the best we have stayed in and certainly a credit to the owners. The hosts Maria & Marias were fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed they even met us at the property late at night to show us around on arrival. All in all a fantastic experience for the 8 days we were there.

Positive: We had a fantastic time staying at villa Foteini for a week. The views were amazing and as the villa is isolated, we were able to make as much noise as we wanted! Though not many close neighbours nearby, local shops are only 10 mins drive away which is convenient and handy. The villa was also very clean and have all the facilities that we needed for self catering. Outdoor BBQ space by the pool was perfect for a lazy day to enjoy food and drinks and take a dip in between. We made use of the outdoor jacuzzi as well, which again was a bonus. Our little girl loved the swing by the olive tree and if she was a bit older I am sure she would have enjoyed all the playground facilities that were available on site. To top it all, the owners were incredibly courteous, generous and very kind, made us feel welcomed and at home. They even gave us their home grown freshly picked produce and cooked a lovely cheese pie for us to enjoy. All in all, we had an amazing time at the villa and at Zante. Hopefully we'll be able to visit again soon!

Positive: The villa is situated in the hills just off the coast. The view (both on the mountains and the sea) is wonderful. Seating on each side of the house ensures there’s always a shady spot to escape the heat. The pool was extremely well maintained and cleaned regularly. We loved every minute we spent there! Games such as swings, basketball hoops, etc. mean that one will never get bored. It was great. The villa was built recently so everything is brand new and very clean. The outdoor seating area is great and nothing beats these views for breakfast.

Negative: - the outside lights are on all Night. While this wasn’t impacting sleep thanks to wooden shutters, it seems a bit of a waste of energy - the kitchen could have been equipped a bit better but we let the owner know about missing items and they will probably stock it up - there is only a nespresso dolce gusto machine for coffee but we couldn’t find the right capsules in the shops nearby. We ended up drinking Greek style coffee which was fine for us. - given it’s the height of the summer, there were some wasps, though this is not anyone’s fault. We got creative with traps and burning Greek coffee powder, which work like incense. It helped. - the two bathrooms are a bit small and if we had had a 6 person occupancy we would have felt a bit cramped. Don’t get me wrong, the size was okay, but with the price tag that comes with the villa we would have expected a bit more indoor space
