Negative: No warm water at arrival. The fridge was not cooling, probably turned on soon.

Positive: The house is well designed, clean and cosy. A good place for a family vacation or small group of friends no matter of the season. It’s location is also good - 10 min of walking distance to the main hotel and 2 min from the golf club.

Negative: •Unfortunately the property is too dependent of the local Pirin Golf infrastructure and overall organisation. We spend New Year’s Eve with no electricity, despite the efforts of the owners , there was no one from the Piring Golf Support working on 31.12, which is ridiculous given the fact that the resort is full! •If you are a person who enjoys quality food, your only option is to make it yourself as except in your own kitchen there is no real quality restaurant nearby. • Too expensive
