Summary: We really enjoyed the Villa! It was clean, beautifully furnished and well stocked. The beach that is walkable to the villa is on the Atlantic side. It’s beautiful but not for swimming. The Pavilion is private but we ate there twice for lunch. Awesome food and service. I would definitely recommend renting a car because the drivers charge per person, so round trip for a short trip was well over $100 just to go a short distance. So many beautiful beaches in St. Kitts and Nevis!

Summary: We stayed here for my husband’s 50th birthday trip to the island. The 4 bedrooms all had very comfortable mattresses, high quality linens and were all en suites, so it’s better than 4 hotel rooms as our group had a place for to gather and make coffee, a private pool, etc. The gated community was lovely, nice areas to walk to, including the beach and pavilion. The house manager Rigel was great to work with from start to finish, she was able to stock the home with beverages and food so we didn’t have to shop the first night. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to St. Kitts.
