Positive: A lovely villa that was perfect for our ski trip! The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and the location was great.
Negative: A note for visitors: the host requires a deposit of €300 in cash. We found this a little inconvenient as this meant that we had to take cash out and only get it back at the end of the holiday (which meant we couldn’t use the cash either).
Summary: Great location, beautiful villa!

Positive: This place was better than we initially expected. When we made the reservation, we didn't really know what to expect as this was a new place with no reviews but we needed a place for 7 people. Whole house was for ourselves, located near Zell am See, ~15 minutes drive till Kitzsteinhorn/Kaprun and ~30 minutes drive till Saalbach Hinterglemm. Before our arrival we were in close contact with the agent who instructed us how to get the keys from the lock box, what the house rules were and answered all our questions. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen for to cook your meals - fridge, stove, oven, electric kettle, coffee machine, pans, pots, dishes, silverware. The kitchen is not very big, but there is a window glazed terrace next to it, which, to our surprise, was warm during the winter. And there by the big dining table place is for everyone. The first floor also has a living room with TV, a single bedroom and a shower room with toilet. On the second floor there are two rooms with a double bed and a small shower and sink in each room. These rooms also have access to a balcony. The third room with a double bed had its own toilet and shower. And the fourth room had a bunk bed + a single bed, with a sink in the room. And a separate shower and toilet on the second floor. Therefore this place can accommodate in total many guests. Each had a hand and shower towel. There is good wi-fi throughout the house. Strict recycling rules. In the winter an amazing extra is ski boot dryer (hidden behind the main entrance door). That room itself wasn't heated to dry clothes, but you can store there ski/snowboard equipment and have a dry boots in the morning. In warmer weather, you can sit outside on the terrace. On-site parking is large enough for a minivan and a few extra cars. We stayed for five nights, and this was a great place for our stay!
Negative: When the reservation was made, we received an message about a deposit that should be made to guarantee reservation although the full amount would be charged from the credit card few days after the reservation was made. We had to report it as fraud. In the end, it wasn't, so we recommend removing this auto-generated text if it's not for bookings made on Booking.com. There were four main types of waste sorting, but only two small bins, the other two had to be improvised. There were no regular sized tea/coffee cups. We will close or eyes and not affect the mark, but the sink in the second floor room with bunk beds was full of black hair.

Positive: Nice villa for up to 10 people, had all the stuff needed for cooking and comfortable stay(even dryer for skiboots!). Parking for 3 cars on territory. Ski bus stop right around the corner. Absolute worth the price, my best recommendations!
