Positive: The house is located in a quiet place among the olive grove. The owners live on the 0th floor. On the first day there were problems with the internet, but the owners resolved this issue very quickly and were extremely caring. Unfortunately, there is no washing machine in the house and I think this should be taken into account by future guests. The nearest beach is 7 minutes by car. The beds and mattresses are comfortable. Very clean. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils. There was no microwave to quickly heat up food.

Positive: Big and comfortable villa, with two separate rooms as well as a sofa in the living room. Well equipped kitchen, amazing and big terrassa with a see view and a barbecue place in the big garden as well. And everything is well maintaned and clean. The owner even made us a lemon cake one of the mornings.

Negative: You, definitely need a car to go wherever you want to go. There is a little noise during the night, coming from the nearby mine, but if you have spent an enjoyable day, you will not notice it.

Positive: The apartment hosts welcomed us and handed over the keys 1 hour earlier than the check-in, which helped us greatly with our plans on the 1st day. The photos reflect the exact condition of the apartment, but there are some even better things. Honestly, the best thing is the view of the sea and the field with the olive trees. I can assure you that staying at Villa Giannoula can help you free up your mind and relax. Lastly, the location of the apartment is ideal, as the closest beach (Gerakini) is 5 minutes away, and you also have the chance to go either to some of the Kassandra's or Sithonia's best beaches with a 30-40 min drive.

Negative: Generally, we did not experience any problems, everything was perfect. My only suggestion to the hosts would be to fix the wifi signal quality and possibly increase the internet speed, as we were facing some problems connecting at some point. With this internet quality, it is not easy for someone to work remotely from that location.

Positive: The huge olive trees yard, there are no other houses so it was very quiet and peaceful. Nice sea view from the balcony. The old lady that lives on the property ( different entrance on the house) was very nice and polite, every morning she brought something for the kid and for us. Perfect for family with kids. Will come back next summer for sure.
