Positive: Very spacious and clean. The Gotemba Villa team was a highlight. I forgot an item at the property and they quickly let me know with photos to verify, and were quick to respond with coordination for returning it to me. I couldn’t get back until the following day and they made it very easy to get my forgotten item. Very pleased with their service and attention to detail
