Positive: I liked the facilities. Great facility

Negative: The staff at the font desk were rude and unresponsive to conversations and questions asked. Poor customer service at the front desk. Front desk refused to honour my booking made on booking.com so the room I booked was not reserved for me. I was so angry. They ended up giving me one room when I booked for 2.
