Summary: Very quiet, peaceful and safe. The appartment we had was spacious and super clean. Staff (security and reception) were very nice and polite. Would definitely come back!

Summary: We stayed one night and the bathroom tub drain was clogged. They did not have a plunger in the apartment and did not respond quickly to my notification. We had to shower under that condition which was pretty nasty. What really surprised us is that when we were checking out, the reception desk mentioned that they were notified about our situation and that they were sorry. The word sorry in customer service is not a good solution. If you are really sorry, you take some sort of corrective action. These folks did not even try. Very unfortunate 😞. Other than this unacceptable incident, the property met our expectations which were not very high. The shower clog thing is completely avoidable if you manage properly.

Summary: Spacious and well equipped rooms. Superb view over lake. Staff friendly and attentive. Restaurant not one of the best. Drains in bathrooms emitted stale smell.
