Located in a panoramic spot, this villa in Sayalonga is perfect for a holiday with family. To make your stay enjoyable, the holiday home has a private swimming pool, surrounded by a large sun terrace with sun loungers.
You will find the restaurants and supermarkets 4 km from the villa. The town centre with all its liveliness and streetscape rests at 5 km. After a short drive, you can reach the beach of Algarrobo Costa, where the children can build sandcastles while you are relaxing on a sunbed. Active people can play golf, canoe at sea at Maro, or visit the caves at Nerja.
It is not allowed to play loud music between 00.00 and 08.00 to respect the peace of your vicinity. Normal use is allowed. Sound in the mountains carries very far. The neighbours can use the stairs on the side of the plot (between the 2 houses) through the wooden gate and do not have access to the private plot of this property. If they do have a question, they can only do so at the gate of the main entrance.
Due to the peaceful nature of the area we kindly ask you to avoid noise between 0:00 and 08:00. We also request you to be sensible with the water, because of the water scarcity in Andalucia. The stairs on the side of the house are also used by guests of the neighbouring house.
A car is a necessity! Please make sure you rent your own car!

Summary: Belvilla by OYO Casa Iris was the perfect retreat for our family vacation, The private swimming pool was a hit with the kids, and we loved lounging on the sun terrace, The villa itself was spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to cook meals together, Being just a short drive from Algarrobo Costa Beach was a bonus! We also enjoyed exploring nearby restaurants like Bar Jocavi for some delicious local cuisine, The only downside was the noise restriction at night, but it really did help maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the area

Summary: Beautiful villa and location. The view is amazing and the pool is fantastic. The villa itself is spaceous and fully equipped although some of the kitchen utilities may need replacement in due time. A challenge is the road to reach the villa; you need to have some driver’s skills to get there the 1st time…but believe me…you will love the ride and view. Overall: 9/10

Summary: Very nice house with a spectacular view. The house is not big, but it feels spacious due to the big living area. The master bedroom is very nice, big enough and has a nice bath room, which is shared with the second bedroom (two seperate beds), where our kids were. The bed in the master bedroom was excellent. The other bedroom, smaller, but very nice indeed. The kitchen, which we used 3 times a day, for 7 days, has a big refrigerator and freezer at the bottom. I appreciated the gas fire... the kitchen is well equiped. The best thing at this house has to be the pool. The view from that pool is beautiful, as you look down the hill at the sea. Is was very clean when we arrived, which was such a releave. All the plant you see in the pictures on the website are actually real and very well maintained. It gives the pool area and the garden a very fresh and welcoming look. Note to the owners: the gardener who comes once a week, is money very well spent. I would book this place every year, if only the house would not be so far from... everything. I realise that 'distance' is a very subjective thing, so I will try to use only facts: the road from the house to Sayalonga is a bit narrow and does not have a guardrail everywhere. I don't think I would try that road when it's dark. It takes about 15 minutes to drive to Sayalonga (very small grocery shop), is you take the less 'dangerous' road; and from there it takes 15 minutes to Algarrobo (big shops, beach...). For most of us, this is not a problem, but I found it a bit too far. Conclusion: very nice house, spectacular view, but you need a good car and good driver.

Summary: A beautiful, spacious and well equipped villa with fabulous views to all sides. All of us who stayed would defintely go back. Only downsides - it isn't easy to find. Best to locate the property on Google Maps and then follow the directions to the villa, as it is on windy mountain roads with many twists and turns. If coming from Malaga, the route via Sayalonga is best. It would have been good to have separate towels for the pool area, and good though the sun umbrellas are, they only provide partial sun protection. Make sure you also bring plenty of insect repellant! But these are all really minor points in what is a really nice villa!

Summary: Hele mooie locatie en alles van het huis is als op de foto’s. De weg naar het huis is lastig maar te doen met een goede auto. Rustige omgeving waar je volledig van je vakantie kan genieten. Aanrader!

Summary: Mooiste uitzicht in alle jaren dat we huizen huren. Huis gedateerd maar kraakschoon en ruim opgezet. Alles aanwezig en goede WiFi in en om t huis.
