Positive: We always love coming back to Villa Ipsa. We live in the hustle and bustle of the South of the island and when we need to getaway and breathe, rest, relax and surround ourselves with nature there is no better place than Villa Ipsa. It’s not just a hidden gem it is THE DEFINITION of a true hidden gem. Hidden amongst the mountains and deep in the valley, this is a place that will show you true bali. Staff are always amazing and the double rooms are our favorite! Thanks for having us again. Mrs Cecilia.
Negative: Everything was amazing!
Summary: The True Hidden Gem of Bali.

Positive: Very beautiful view from the balcony. Great escape to nature with beautiful surroundings, a bit more cooler as the place is in the mountains so it's nice to getaway from the heat and the busy areas in Bali.
Negative: Restaurant is quite expensive compared to others on the island. Room was not cleaned one day so we just asked for the water as they give it to you when they clean it but we've been charged for those 2 bottles. Shower was leaking and spraying water from the top, got clogged - bathrooms need upgrading as they smell of sewage and aren't the cleanest. The Sauna does not always work either, we've been told its 24/7 but it was completely turned off one of the evenings. Also, while the area has beautiful surroundings, there's not much you can do without renting a scooter, no shops around (except the local tiny ones) and the taxi drivers charge you crazy prices, or try to get you to cancel bookings and pay them fornthe full day in cash, everything generally seems more expensive eveb though its not a touristic place. Also service charges for everything.
Summary: Good but could use some improvements
