Positive: The host is very nice and makes sure everything is alright. Very clean place. You have 2 comunal bathrooms that are very clean and beautiful. The interior of the house has a vintage and old design that looks beautiful. You have kitchen well equipped and towels and clothes hangers in the room . The house is right near the bus station (30 meters) and you have bus number 5 that takes you right where all the attractions are in maximum 10 minutes and also has stations with connection with every line or transport you may need. The accomodation is in a quiet place. I recommend and would love to come again.

Positive: Everything was super clean, there are two bathrooms for three rooms, so it was almost a private bathroom. The kitchen was fully equipped, with two fridge/freezers for guests and a washing machine. The backyard has 20 or so chairs and is nice for having breakfast. Probably could also have bbq there, we didn't ask. The owners live on the floor above and are very helpful, e.g. let us have some of their detergent. The closest bus stop is 2 mins walking (or 1min running if you see the bus arriving on Google maps). The surrounding is very green and has hardly any cars passing by.
Negative: It's on the Buda side of Budapest, which has less going on and is a bit out of the way. The closest supermarket and bakery is 15mins walking distance. Restaurants are also mostly on the Pest side of Budapest. There was about a billion mosquitos, a screen on the windows would have been nice. I didn't need to see the Fidesz sign in their backyard or the pre-Trianon maps of Hungary 🙄

Positive: Very nice location Lots of greenery Two bus stops very close Little supermarket quite close Excellent Italian restaurant nearby
Negative: Very hot in the room at night and no mosquito nets on the windows - so you either slept in a sauna or got bitten by mosquitoes.

Positive: Old style villa, with a comfortable and quite room. All you need was included.
Negative: Would be nice to fix the keys, because we couldn't close our room. Another small problem is you have to pay for a car parking during weekdays, but automat accept only coins.
