Positive: Staff at the property were amazing, great location and pool was excellent for a large group.
Negative: Some of the rooms were a little tired and in need of an upgrade. The plumbing in some of the bathrooms wasn’t great. The water was a bit smelly.
Summary: Great location, pool and staff very balaneise in style.

Positive: Charming sprawling villas surrounding a private central pool area was the perfect venue for my needs. I really loved the generous pool and airy dining / living area that was the focal point of our gathering. The rooms are best described as charmingly country / rustic and suited our needs. Bathrooms and toilets were very clean. I was very appreciative of the number of rooms they had that facilitated the large gathering I was organizing. It is not easy to find a property of this size at this price point. Location is in my opinion excellent as its just a few minutes walk to the main road of Seminyak. Tremendous dining / massage options available nearby
Negative: Some parts of the villa were a little worn, but nothing to make the experience bad. Overall it was a happy clean experience.
Summary: For the $$$ an exceptional private getaway location for groups of around 10 pairs
