Positive: Epic location overlooking the most magnificent bay - short walk to a great restaurant and a great beach bar just a little further. Staff could not have done more
Negative: Breakfast good but a little boring - same old every day. Still OK but just suggesting some variety - we were there for 7 days - perhaps if we had only stayed 3 days I might not be making the suggestion

Negative: Loved everything, this isn’t a minus for us, it’s Grenada! Be aware there is loud music over the weekends from a couple of bars around the bay otherwise the bay is serene during the week.

Positive: Wonderful stay with kind staff. It’s a very private boutique hotel, close to gran anse beach. No elevator though, but beautiful beach front property. Clean, friendly and helpful staff.no restaurants on premise. It would be nice if they had a private chef, or offered. Also pool is a little too small and deep. But it’s right on the water and a five minute walk to the beach. Nice chill vibe. Bed is comfortable. If there was a private pool to each villa, it would be top notch. The grounds are lovely, though. And the staff was so helpful with day time trips. And was always on standby.
Negative: No private pool to each villa, no private chef, or restaurant. You had to pay for cleaning service. Pool too small. No twin beds for rooms if it’s a friend group.

Positive: An unforgettable stay in Morne Rogue at BBC Beach (the location of Villa Kaya). The accommodation itself is spectacular and well maintained (overlooking the beach). With 5 villas and a maximum of 10 guests, it makes for a super tranquil stay away from the busyness of Grand Anse beach. The staff are lovely and amenity of the hotel is great with stand up paddle board and snorkeling gear provided. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, bathrooms are super clean and each spot you check out is worth a beautiful picture. Would 100% recommend in Grenada.
Negative: The ability to relax at the accomodation i.e. the pool, jetty etc. could be improved with some shade provided (i.e. a couple of umbrellas) as you're otherwise sitting completely exposed to the sun. The breakfast is continental served from 8:30am to 10:30am. It's served hot at 8:30am but not really replenished across that period, leaving it to become cold if you arrive from 9am.

Positive: Fantastic and intimate resort. Very small with a very friendly and attentive and welcoming staff. Beautiful villa with an outdoor kitchen and hammock over the water and a nice veranda! Nice breakfast with a very nice person who cooked and the property managers who made our 40th anniversary very special. Nice pool and paddleboards overlooking the harbor.
Summary: Fantastic location next to a beautiful beach and convenient to many great restaurants.

Positive: Place! Very beautiful location overseeing the sea and bbc beach. Nice and very helpful friendly people. We enjoyed our stay of 4 + 2 extra nights (because of the beauty of the place we booked 2 more nights) Accommodation is very good and you have all you need. Breakfast could be a bit improved (compared other locations), but still okay and enough. We would like to come back!

Positive: Villa Kaya is a very quiet boutique hotel with beautifully appointed rooms. There is a deck area where you can swim across to BBC beach. Breakfast is served outdoors on a large table. The staff were very friendly and helped us arrange a Kayak tour at very short notice.
