Positive: The place is lovely and strategically positioned not only for the distance to Patitiri (for services and groceries) but also because it is settled in front of a wonderful beach. The owners are marvelous, it is like feeling at home without being there. You come and become part of the family.

Positive: Lovely host (and family) - always looking to help. Great location close to good beach and walking distance to port area. Good facilities with great roof terrace area.

Negative: Bit of a steep walk back (for elderly couple like us). Took taxi most times but only 7 euros to front door.

Positive: We stayed in Villa Konstantinos for full week during our stay in Alonissos. The place is very nice with a direct view to the sea and the island. The kitchen is very convenient if one want to avoid going to a restaurant every day. Finaly Konstantinos helped a lot to get information on a potential ferry strike which allowed us to modify our ticked in time.

Positive: The location of Villa Konstantinos is perfect. Right in the middle of the slope/stairs that lead you down to the beautiful Roussom bay or up to go to the central town of Patitiri. The host, Konstantinos, was very welcoming and hospitable. I felt like he was available but not intrusive, perfect👌🏽 His mother and the rest of the staff were also very warm and welcoming. The beds are on the harder side, of the same standard as most beds I've slept in in Greece😊 They do provide many pillows though which was nice. I've been to alonissos 3 times now, the first time in 2007 at 15 years old, and I fell in love with it way back then, it did not disappoint this time either. I would definitely rebook to stay at Konstantinos's if we were to return!
