Positive: hospitality was amazing, was very easy and straightforward with check in, villa was clean and kid friendly, was also close to town centre, was great overall. the host met us on the road side near the villa, walked with us to local shops and translated everything we needed. was always a phone call away!

Positive: The villa is nice and it looks like you expect from the photos
Negative: The house wasn’t really clean. Especially the kitchen was dingy. There were a lot of things lying around that you don't need. But there were no kitchen towels, unsavory rags to wash up with, and there was a dirty old mop rolling around on the floor under the trash can. There wasn't a cleaning person come at least once in the nine days we were staying there and you couldn't clean yourself because there were no utensils for that. Gas was leaking from the cooking gas bottle and you had to close it immediately and open the windows while cooking. On the second day the gas bottle was empty and it stopped in the middle of cooking. Our host helped us quickly and easily so that dinner could at least take place. But the worst was the rumor of the water pump. During the night it made a noise as if a motorcycle is trying to get started. That repeated many times per hour so we couldn’t sleep well. In the most beautiful room with the pillars we couldn’t even stay for that reason and moved out to the next room. But also there the noise was still strong. Additionally, we had no warm water at all in the first three days and had cold showers only. By chance we detected a socket and a loose plug on the roof of the building and asked via WhatsApp if that has to be plugged in to get warm water? The answer was a relaxed yes and indeed, it helped. Would have been nice to have had it from the beginning. The soap containers in all the bathrooms were empty, a small thing to change that. As a guest you get the impression that you are actually just the cow being milked - unfortunately no hospitality. This inattention towards the guests, who are asked to pay properly, is annoying. The price-performance ratio was clearly not right. We definitely wouldn't go back there.

Positive: I booked this property so my guests for the wedding would be not to far from me. However, due to specifics of addresses in Morocco it’s not always easy to find locations exact position. Sadly, I didn’t know where exactly this place is as my friends were a bit scared when they came at night. As there was no expectation about the location - it’s literally in the middle of nowhere. However, the place is nice and beautiful, clean and is suitable for a group stay. The only thing that was missing is some water - when guest arrive late at night and you can’t drink tap water and there is no bottled water - it’s a necessity that is very important to meet. Overall, for family and friends who know about the location - it’s a great place for value. The host was also very responsive and helpful!
Negative: Location is a bit bizarre but overall with taxi it’s fine.

Positive: The villa was beyond our expectations, beautifully decorated, spacious, 5 rooms with their own bathrooms, the swimming pool and the privacy. Unbeatable price for a villa with swimming pool. I recommended it to all my family members who regularly visit Marrakech, and will definitely come everytime I will be in Morocco. The host went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
