6 Bedroom Villa in Dalyan

Villa Kotare is unique in that it is one villa split into 2 separate units, each unit with its own entrance, making it ideal for two groups of 6 people wanting to enjoy a holiday together but also benefitting from having separate living space.
We are happy to rent the entire property out as a 3-bedroom property during the months of May, June, September and October. We would offer a reduced rate. If this is of interest to any customers please contact us for the rates.
Boutique villa, Architect designed, Air conditioned throughout, underfloor heating, Wifi, 45 square metre salt water pool plus smaller pool for younger children, log fire, outdoor shower, stone grill/BBQ.
6 bedrooms comprising of Ground floor (1 Master ensuite with King-size four poster bed, 1 double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Top Floor bedrooms replicate Ground floor.
4 bathrooms comprising of Ground floor master bathroom with wet room shower, bath, sink and WC; 2nd large family bathroom including wetroom shower, twin sinks and WC. There is also a further communal WC with handbasin.
Upstairs unit bathrooms replicate ground floor.
There are two identical fully equipped and modern kitchens with a vast array of appliances and utensils including juicer, food processor, coffee press, dish washer, washing machine and table linen to make your stay feel like you are "home from home",
Two open-plan family living area with log fireplaces.
2 x 40 inch flat screen TVs (one to each sitting room) with newly-installed system offering all premium UK and worldwide channels, radio and a whole host of extras.
Two new front-loading washing machines, 2 iron-boards and irons. All bed linen and towels are provided however not beach towels.
Wooden deck and screened patio to ground floor with patio seating to top floor (with mountain views).
Off-street secure parking for two vehicles with additional on-street parking.
No smoking indoors and no pets allowed.
Enter Villa Kotare through wrought iron gates to a stylish haven on the edge of the beautiful Dalyan. Our home is perfect for a relaxing Mediterranean escape. The villa has two gates for access (one for downstairs, the other for upstairs).
Private walled gardens include outdoor stone built bbq, swimming pool, children's pool, outside pool shower and herbaceous and fruit gardens plus a covered pergola area for further dining options.
Mediterranean planting including citrus, herbal and floral borders. Hedging to garden walls to maximise guest privacy.
Villa Kotare is a short 10-minute walk to most local amenities in the town centre so a car is not necessary and the fantastic Saturday open air market is just around the corner - a 2-minute walk. Our villa stands out in the area as there is nothing else similar to it in Dalyan.

Summary: Property was as seen on the webpage. Beautiful villa, very well furnished. Wardrobe space was excellent, very comfortable beds. Each apartment had their own entrance gate and door, and as a family we used the large dining area on the ground floor balcony to meet for lunch and meals. The kids loved the pool and swing seat in the side garden. The kitchens were very well equipped if you prefer to cook. The villa was only a 10 minute walk to the turtle roundabout, and the nearest supermarkets are less than that. The host,Huseiyn, was terrific, very helpful but not intrusive and only a phone call away if needed. He had organized a welcome pack for our arrival which was very much appreciated. The pool area was looked after well by another Hussein who was also very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay there and would love to be able to do it again in the future.

Summary: Excellent communication with owner and property manager throughout whole process. The villa was clean and beautifully furnished with plenty of kitchen utensils ( there was not one thing we looked for that was not there). A 15 minute walk into the main town with a handy shop nearby and market on the door step. The only thing that would have be welcome is a water tower / cooler. Otherwise, ideal for family and friends.

Summary: We’re just back from a 2 week stay in this lovely villa. Ideal location, just 10 minutes walk from the town. Despite the heat the villa stayed cool and there was AC throughout. The bathrooms were huge! The kitchen was really well stocked with crockery, glasses and even a orange juice squeezer which we made use of with oranges from the market. The outside space was great, I picked limes from the tree fand the cars where shaded by the grapevine. The pool was lovely with plenty of sunloungers and parasols. I even bought fish from the swimming pool when a local fishmonger popped his head over the fence. Gorgeous on the barbeque! Just a word of warning, the mosquitoes were fierce so I would take some coils for when you want to sit outside in the evening. I would totally recommend a holiday here.

Summary: Lovely villa 10 minutes walk to the centre of town. There is a mini market (iztuzu market) across the road and a lovely cafe (cafe Merhaba) just a 2 minute walk away. The villa is clean and tidy with all home comforts. We stayed as a large family group and had both apartments our ages ranged from 79years to 9months and the villa catered for us all perfectly. The beds were comfortable too, a must have for me when holiday. Aircon in all the rooms which was a life saver as we visited during a heat wave. The pool area is cleaned and maintained daily and the addition of the small whirlpool was perfect for us with our older and younger guests. I would recommend a stay at villa kotare for a relaxing holiday in a quiet location just a short walk to the town centre.

Summary: We stayed at Villa Ria in August 2022 and it only ticked the essential boxes, Location, pool, air con. The Air con is great downstairs but didn't cool the upstairs totally. The fans are quite noisy when both air cons are switched on as the fans are adjacent the bed on the outside wall. There's no front door which is a little weird and you enter the property at the rear. The doors could do with the security locks upgrading. It's an easy 5-10 min walk into the local town for food and drinks. so in a perfect location. We have 3 children aged 15, 14 & 11 so the property was perfect for 5. We slept downstairs. Any more and you'll be struggling. The pool Spa didn't work. Overall I would recommend this villa but don't expect it to be 5 star but then you get what you pay for. Thanks Jamie & Julie

Summary: Villa Ria is a stunning property in a quiet residential area of Dalyan. It is only a 5-10minute walk to the bars and restaurants. The villa has an amazing pool and well maintained gardens. Internally, it is very spacious and well presented in a traditional Turkish style.

Summary: This is our 4th visit to Villa Ria and it still doesn’t disappoint. Only a 7 minute walk to the town, river and high street. A beautiful location tucked away in a quite part of Dalyan. Villa Ria has everything you need, lovely pool, jacuzzi, plenty of sun beds and a lovely garden, inside is clean, modern and tidy. We will be booking our 5th visit to the villa next year.
