Positive: Four en-suite bedrooms were perfect for our needs. The infinity pool was ideal, and the kids were in it all day long! We were wonderfully looked after by Askin and Okan — from arranging a lovely birthday cake for my wife to providing some breakfast essentials for our 2 a.m. check-in, nothing was too much trouble for them. Thanks so much, guys — we really appreciate everything! We will definitely be back. 🙏

Positive: The property was exactly as described. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The views are amazing. It's a 5 minute drive down into Kalkan, the going rate in a Taxi was 250TL. We hired a car and used this to get around. It's about 1hr40-1hr50 from Dalaman airport. Kalkan town centre has all the restaurants you could need. There are roosters in a neighbouring property that wake up early, it wasnt a problem for us as we were already up.

Negative: The property doesn't leave any cleaning products which is clearly stated, so ensure to add to shopping list.

Positive: Villa is amasing! View from central bedroom is magnificant! There are all things for comfort life: many dishes, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, diffrent towels and etc. "infinity" pool is clean. Shop is is near. Staff is friendly. We were happy to stay here!

Positive: Excellent villa, panoramic views of Kalamar Bay, well designed, infinity pool, children’s play areas. Design of property and pool. Excellent support from Askin and those supporting him. Clean and well cleaned. Daily pool cleaning. Free daily bread delivery and constant supply of free cooled water was a great bonus. Local supermarkets near by. Full deposit refund with no issues. Although taxis are best to get to Kalkan at £5 a trip for a 7 plus 1 taxi this worked very well. Kalkan is a lovely and special place. Great meals. Takeaway delivery app also worked well. Can recommend unreservedly. We were very well looked after and had a fantastic family holiday.

Negative: The owner could not have done more to make it better.

Positive: Couldn’t recommend this villa more! Had all the amenities we could ask for, fully equipped, clean, spacious. Not over looked at all, felt very private. The host was always on hand to answer any questions, spoke very good English and was always a pleasure. The lad who came by to clean the pool and patio every morning was always very friendly and done a great job! The children enjoyed the play areas when in need of a break from the pool and sun! Fab!

Positive: Villa La Mer is gorgeous. It has the most amazing views. The villa has 3 bedrooms on the first floor and 1 on the ground floor, each with its own shower, jacuzzi bath etc. The villa has everything you will need and more, lots of glasses, crockery, pans, utensils etc. Air conditioning and heat in all areas. The lighting in and around the villa is excellent with lots of ambient choices. The beds are all very comfortable and the showers have rainfall heads and attachments. 2 of the upstairs bedrooms have large balconies which are lovely, the 3rd has patio doors to a Juliet type glass balcony. 3 beds upstairs are superking beds I think, they are huge. The one downstairs is twin but fixed in a frame so you wouldn't be able to push together. We had the far left bedroom, our 6 year old in the top middle bedroom, our 19 year old far right and our 17 year old in the twin room downstairs. All bedrooms are lockable from the inside. The pool is lovely with a shallow sunbathing end, children's part and jacuzzi at the other end in the sun all day, fabulous sunsets too. There is a spa next door to hire daily. Taxis are cheap into Kalkan and very easy to get via whatsapp. There is a supermarket within walking distance and takeaways do delivery. There are a couple of short, steep hills to access the villa so a vehicle is needed. Every taxi we got for a family of 5 people cost 50tl each time so is consistent and no problem at all. The people are very friendly and can't do enough for you, this includes the villa Manager, caretaker, taxi drivers, restaurants and shop keepers in Kalkan. Amazing cobbled streets, harbour and roof top restaurants. Lots of nice things to buy so keep some room in your suitcase. All in all we had a lovely holiday.
