Positive: We had an AMAZING STAY!! They gave us an amazing room and treated us like royalty. Enza was so kind and helpful when it came to information about getting around the island and made sure that we had everything we needed to be comfortable. She took amazing care of us and truly went out of her way for us. The breakfast was absolutely incredible, and the staff was super kind and always attentive to any need we could have had. The grounds/gardens felt like a spa retreat and the views were absolutely stunning. You can see both sides of the ocean of the island where this is located. Out of our 12 days in Italy, this is where we wanted to stay and wish we would have skipped the Amalfi Coast completely. The hotel is walkable to literally everything, and the location cannot be beaten. It is less than a 10-minute walk to the Piazzetta and Marina Piccola Beach. This hotel made our entire vacation, and I cannot say good enough words about it. I have zero complaints. I want to say thank you again to the staff and a special thank you to Enza for making our entire trip a dream!! This is the only hotel I will recommend to anybody that is planning a trip to Capri.

Positive: Our stay at this beautiful hotel in Capri was everything we hoped for and more. The location is breathtaking, with panoramic views that are impossible to forget. The rooms were elegant, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The service throughout our stay was exceptional: friendly, professional, and always attentive without being overbearing. The girls at the reception, Vincenza and Giusy, were especially helpful and kind; thank you for your warmth and assistance! The breakfast each morning was a highlight: fresh, delicious, and served in the garden under the trees ! From the peaceful atmosphere to the seamless hospitality, this hotel truly captures the spirit of Capri. We’re already dreaming of our next visit.

Negative: General cleanliness and lack of maintenance to rooms and common facilities. One would expect a higher standard of care for the price paid, but we are in Capri and everything gets disproportionately expensive.

Negative: Facilities/room were run down and not updated. Felt deceived by website photographs. The lighting in the rooms was poor, very bright and fluorescent, with no mood lighting. Bedside lamp did not work. Location was difficult, of off a very busy street with no sidewalk. Had to hike up a hill to reach destination. No luggage porter service offered at all. For the price, I expected more.

Positive: The hotel is small and quite with a beautiful garden and nice design. The location is great, with a bus stop just nearby and capri city center a few minutes of walk. The staff were kind and upgraded our room for free. The breakfast was exceptionally good, we will certainly come back to this hotel again.
Negative: The pool was dis functional so we had to walk to another hotel pool 15 min away.
Summary: Our stay was wonderful, we will come back

Positive: Everything was perfect . Enza met us as we missed the entrance. We were welcomed with drinks and snacks and Enza gave us some suggestions of places to visit and things to do . Nothing was too trouble . Even offered breakfast ( which was an amazing menu ) in our room on the balcony. (No extra cost) We were also given a room upgrade Truly an amazing stay with stunning views of Capri . Bit early in year so unfortunately the swimming pool wasn’t open and gardens not in full bloom . This will be stunning in Summer .
Negative: Location is difficult to locate . Having to navigate heavy Capri traffic with no walkway for about 10-15 metres. We walked passed but called reception and one of the girls came to help us ,
