Positive: We had a wonderful stay at Villa La Perla. The property was even nicer than in the pictures. Carolyn and Christian are wonderful hosts. They live on the property and are very helpful. They even helped us in the middle of the night when there was an issue with our apartment. They fixed the issue right away and offered us a different apartment. Both the apartments we stayed in were absolutely lovely. Everything was clean. The pool area was amazing and the villa has a roof terrace and BBQ area. Added bonus are Dalmatians Percy and Duke who sometimes came by in the morning to say hi. The villa is located in Candelaria. A little town with some nice restaurants and a boulevard along the ocean. A good base for visiting different spots on the island (though definitely recommend to rent a car).

Negative: Nothing about the accommodation, property, location or hosts :). But do be aware that Tenerife is home to critters like cockroaches so don't be surprised if you meet one during your time on the island...

Positive: What a cozy and quiet place where you can relax with your own pace (away from turistic packed places) but still you have a good position to see all beauty on island. You need a ca. Everything was clean, the pool was perfect for refresh (open from 9-18), beautiful plants around everywhere. The apartment has everything what you need for your stay. The cute bonus was the 2 dalmatians doggy- Duke and Percy :)

Positive: Lovely place, so quiet and relaxing, we had a top floor villa with a sea view balcony. Was a good size and had everything we needed and safe for the kids. Candelaria is nice and authentic, but you'll need a car to get around. The pool area is well maintained and a great space to chill. WiFi was strong and reached throughout so I was able to work around the pool area. Hosts were welcoming and friendly, always around and happy to help. Pool is shared but quiet during our stay so mostly had it to ourselves. Highly recommend staying here, we loved it!

Positive: The apartment was spacious, bright and well-equipped. We had everything that we needed, from cooking essentials, to bottled water, to towels for the pool. The studio was beautifully decorated in vibrant colours and we absolutely loved the terrace which felt private and was a real sun trap too. We enjoyed daily visits from their two Dalmatians who were just so loveable. The villa itself is spectacular with lots of different areas to relax in and enjoy the sun or shade. It is beautifully landscaped with a stunning array of cacti, plants and trees. The property is a 15-20 minute walk into Candelaria which is a lovely, very Spanish feeling town. It is uphill on the way back but you are rewarded with amazing views of the stars at night. Finally, Carolyn and Christian are fabulous hosts who made us feel very much at home and that we could relax in their wonderful property. We enjoyed chats with them both and had a good laugh. We will definitely be returning at some point in the near future 😊

Positive: We found a real perl in Tenerife. The place that has everythig for us to spend relaxing and peaceful holidays. And even more! Big thank to Carolyn and Christian, hosts of the Villa. They were so welcoming and attended to our needs. They live in the Villa and put their hearts into everything there. Thats why you can feel like home and at the same time you have privacy there. Every apartament has its own place to sit and relax outside. We liked common places full of green, singing birds, spots to relax, swimming pool. We loved to see sunsets and sunrises from the rooftop. We also loved the dogs, Percy and Duke. They welcomed us every morning with pure joy 🙂 Villa la Perla is well located, you can easly reach the north and the south of the Island. If you dont like crowds, it also can be good place for you. Thank you Carolyn and Christian that you create so magical and familiar place. We will miss you & see you next time! Natalia and Janusz.

Positive: Beautiful place, clean and comfortable apartment on the villa premises, (easy) parking spaces just outside the villa. When it’s not fully booked, you feel like you’ve got the whole place to yourself.

Negative: It’s not a negative point but if you book here you have to know that it’s not in the city center, you’ll need a car to go groceries shopping.
