Positive: The location is perfect and near to everything, 15 min from the airport, 2 min from ski resort and 5 min from city centre and 20 min to santa clause village by car.

Negative: The door handle of the bathroom was broken and the front door is a bit hard to lock with the key from outside but we figured it out after a few try.

Summary: In general the house is in the best location and it’s very nice and clean! Definitely recommend it!!

Positive: Hi. There was everything you could need for self catering. And the place was Very clean. It have even very good Washing. I would be going back to Rovaniemi definitely would rent it again. Thanks

Negative: I guess only thing is that the frying pan could be bigger or they could leave second one.

Positive: The location was good for the slopes. Just a short walk away. It's a quite location. The beds were comfy until the separated in the night. Supplies like dishwasher tablets, shampoo etc were handy. A food hair dryer.

Negative: Its a trek to the supermarket and town. We used uber for all our taxis as we were over priced on other taxis especially those waiting at Santa Clause village, taking advantage of tourists. Don't get a taxi from the airport without asking a price first. It cost us around 23 euros. The accommodation in my view isn't the best standard. Not enough cooking pans, or a toaster. We didn't realise that it had no tv either. The door handle on the bathroom fell off and had to be fixed constantly. There is a bizarre small window in the bedroom/living room which is connected to the adjoining accommodation. We blocked this off using a towel. As we were not comfortable with this. Smoke alarms did not work and all windows had these bolt like screws around them. In case of a fire you wouldn't get out. Besides the bed is exposed wiring, definitely not safe for children. It's our 4th time in lapland and have definitely stayed in better equipped accommodation for less. Prefer the yllas area with log cabins. But we wanted to do santa clause village this time so was practical. We did also prior to the stay ask if a welcome pack woukd be available at our cost, as if we arrived at night there woukd be no milk, bread etc. But was told this wasn't available. I believe if you want guests to stay and return, this woukd be a good option.
