Positive: We really enjoyed how spacious and luxurious this villa is. It is very well equipped and it feels like you’re home. It is located in walking distance to the center and near biking paths all along this coastal region. Zeljko and Anna were very helpful with tips where to eat and what to see. We were traveling with car so dedicated parking space meant a lot since we noticed parking is payable almost everywhere.
Summary: Very satisfied with our stay.

Positive: In one word – WONDERFUL! From the moment we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional hospitality of the hosts, who made sure we immediately felt at home. The accommodation was clean, arranged down to the smallest detail, and very tastefully furnished.The bed was extremely comfortable, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing – perfect for a complete getaway. The location is excellent, with everything within easy reach, while still offering plenty of privacy and peace. Without a doubt, one of the best accommodation experiences we have ever had. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant, carefree, and high-quality stay.

Positive: The location is fantastic. You have a parking spot infront of the house so you dont have to worry about parking. You can have a really nice walk in the area. You are 5 minutes away from the city center. The apartment is very spacious, extremely clean and with a beautiful garden and terrace where you can grill for lunch or dinner. The kids could also play infront of the house since there is no danger of cars near. Would highly recommend. Also the host Zeljko and Anna are very kind and helpful with everything in need.

Positive: Absolutely perfect stay – 10/10 experience! Our stay at Villa Leo was simply outstanding. The house is beautiful, extremely clean, modern and very spacious. Every detail is carefully thought out, which makes the whole experience feel luxurious and very comfortable at the same time. The view from the terrace is breathtaking – especially in the morning and at sunset. It’s the perfect place to relax with a coffee or a glass of wine while overlooking Koper and the sea. The location is also excellent: peaceful and quiet, yet only a few minutes away from the city center, restaurants and the coast. The interior of the villa is stylish, bright and very well equipped. The living area is large and cozy, the bedrooms are comfortable, and everything feels brand new and perfectly maintained. The private parking is also a big plus and makes the stay even more convenient. What truly made the stay special was the overall atmosphere of the place – you immediately feel welcome and at home. It’s the perfect choice for couples, families or groups who want a relaxing stay near the Slovenian coast. We would absolutely recommend Villa Leo to anyone visiting Koper and would happily stay here again. A truly exceptional property!
