Positive: Great location! Super close to everything you need. Supermarket within walking distance as well as our favourite restaurant AMA.
Negative: We had heavy suitcases, so bringing them up and down the stairs to our room was challenging but not unexpected in Italy.

Positive: Everything was perfect. The host welcomed us and showed us around. The town is wonderful. The rooms were very tasteful, clean, and the bed was super comfortable 🙂 We watched the stars from the jacuzzi. In the morning, there was a delicious and varied breakfast, and freshly made coffee and scrambled eggs were prepared to order. We definitely recommend this place and believe we’ll be back ourselves as well.

Positive: Location in the town centre. Walking distance to the old town and all the restaurants. Villa is good shape, breakfast is small but products are good and the owner is there to serve and even to cook scrambled eggs for you.
Negative: Some basic stuff was missing, like wifi info, free water, even a garbage can outside was hard to find. Of course, the owner is helpful and provides you with everything you need if you write him, but some more attention to details for small things would bring an improvement. There was also a lot of dust in the air in the room and the AC directly above the bed is something to avoid. Mattress was a bit too hard for us. E Don’t get me wrong, everything invested in the house is quality and serious money was spent, I’m sure, I just think that some things were not that well thought.
Summary: Excellent location in Pula, luxury villa, but not our best stay in Sardinia
