Summary: The hotel was nice, clean. Staff were kind and did their best to accommodate on tough conditions. The tough conditions described are 100+ degree temperatures in Paris. Unfortunately the air conditioning in our room did not work for four of the five nights which caused extreme discomfort. The staff provided us with two fans to improve the sleeping arrangements but unfortunately it was not enough. They have offered one night off to accommodate for the inconvenience but I don’t feel that is enough. Overall, good hotel with nice staff, clean rooms but unfortunate circumstances hampered our experience.

Summary: Clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. One of the biggest advantage was the convenient location, with two subway lines nearby.

Summary: The staff were so warm and helpful. All of them. Make reservations for the rooftop restaurant as soon as you book. We had trouble getting in even for drinks. Gorgeous view of the city. Pretty good hike for most tourist landmarks. But a quiet hotel in a quiet area with plenty of restaurant options.

Summary: We enjoyed our 6 night stay at Hotel Villa M. The property and room was very modern and front desk staff were very friendly and attentive. We preferred to stay away from the heavy touristy areas and Hotel Villa M was perfect to have a local feel and the Metro is steps away to access all areas of the city within 15 minutes. We will definitely stay at Hotel Villa M in the future.

Summary: The restaurant at Villa M is amazing and they have a wonderful ambiance. Breakfast buffet is wonderful. Staff was helpful and service excellent.

Summary: Very nice hotel with good standard. The aircon in my room did not work, and despite my raising this issue the hotel failed to correct it during my 3 day stay.

Summary: The front desk staff was indeed eager for you to ask them questions about anything! Service, room, food were all top notch. DO NOT FORGET to visit the rooftop restaurant for an exhiliarating view of the Eiffel Tower and Sacre Coeur. Exceptional!!
