Positive: The villa was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a calm and private atmosphere. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and responsive. The location was convenient for getting around Legian and nearby attractions.
Negative: The swimming pool was quite small and very deep, which made it unsuitable for children, even older kids. Additionally, one of the bathrooms had an unpleasant smell that remained throughout our stay and could have been improved with better maintenance.
Summary: A clean and comfortable villa with good service, but some family-related aspects could be improved.
