Positive: The straightforward approach. - The fact that we had a guide manual with all important information about the area and important numbers etc. - I liked the fact that we had beach towels - Loved the heated pool. - Loved the care they take of the garden and we absolutely appreciated the welcome pack of wine and goodies. Very professional. - Loved the layout and cleanliness of the place - spotless. - The peace an quiet are spectacular cause of the position in a cul de sac - Providing my nephew with beach toys was a very sweet and appreciated gesture. - The kitchen was super equipped with all we needed to cook. - The fact that we were allowed to check out two hours past checkout time was a big plus. - The management of the property bends backwards to help you when things go wrong or when we needed support they were there literally round the clock. Highly recommended.
Negative: The house in general needs some attention and some maintenance and TLC: - Water mixers are old and its difficult to measure warm water. - A curtain in the main bathroom thub would help maintain the floor dry (as this could be slippery and cause injuries) - Warm water was only available on day 2 of our stay cause there was no gas in the system (things that happen). - The mattress in the master bedroom and bed frame are frankly awful and need urgent replacing. (does't take much) - Garden maintenance people have free access to the garden and (unlike anything else which was pre announced) they usually arrived unannounced (once a week) in the morning. But they are very fast and discreet. - Sofas are not fit for sitting as the structure of the seats is old and collapsed. - The washing machine did not work for the first week and was fixed on week two..so my guests were washing stuff by hand. Again things that happen. Its little things that make a big difference, with some small changes this property would excel in everything I am sure! Looking forward to visit again.

Positive: It was easy to get the keys and in the house there was nice welcomming gift for us. The Villa manager answers really quickly to your questions. The Villa was clean and had nice decorations.
Negative: We booked our stay via Booking. In Booking there is written that in the Villa there is a heated pool, but I couldn't find any mention that IF you want it to be heated, it needs to be turned on 3 days before and you need to pay extra for heated pool. Also when we made the booking, they ask if you want to have bicycles, but when I asked if there will be those bikes which we asked, we just got information where we can rent bikes if we want. Also in the Villa there is problems with electricity and for example our 2-year old boy got electric shock from one lamp and when the elctrician came by, he couldn't do anything, he just said that don't use it. And that was really badly managed in my opinion. The air in the Villa is really humid, so it is difficult to get for example clothes dry. Also the Villa is so far away, that you need to have car to get almost anywhere.

Positive: Amazing villa that is great for families. The swimming pool and grill area are great and the house is big enough. The location is also ideal, not on a busy road (very quiet) but, just 10 minutes - beach, 15 minutes - shopping mall and 25 minutes - Lisbon. Tatiana was always available to help us.
Negative: The beds needs to be renovated to offer the comfort that this type of villa deserves. The way you need to dispose the garbage is a bit annoying.
Summary: Amazing villa that is great for families, just 10 minutes from the beach. New beds are needed.

Positive: Great villa, great pool. Looks amazing. Very clean and spacious. Private. A warm pool is the best.
Negative: The location was a litttle far from everywhere. You must have a car to get around. There was a few power cuts and the oven and microwave didn't work very well. The mattress is very springy
