Negative: While the villa itself was pleasant, there were a couple of issues that impacted our experience. The roof terrace, which was a key feature in listings on the Beach Villas website, was gated and locked, making it inaccessible during our stay. Additionally, although on-site parking is also advertised, the gate to the parking area was also padlocked, so we were unable to use it. Fortunately, street parking outside the villa was easy and convenient. However, if amenities like a roof terrace and on-site parking are promoted, they should be available and accessible to guests as expected.

Positive: Really clean in a very quiet neighborhood but really close to bars and restaurants. Great value for money, good size pool and loved the French doors out of the bedroom. Really helpful owners and cleaning staff did a great job
Negative: Really in need of modernisation especially the living room which has really dated wooden furniture and the main bathroom of blue tiles and old worn shower. The outside seats and loungers desperately need replacing.. But even with these negatives it was a fantastic holiday, experience and villa to stay in. The positives out way the negatives

Positive: Great location.. 3 min flat walk to the centre. Lovely quiet villa. Lovely restaurants and good mini markets..
Negative: Could do with an extendable washing line..the clothes airer kept blowing over in the wind.

Positive: The villa was exactly as described. Very comfy beds, air conditioning in bedroom. The pool and outside area was excellent and very spacious. Close to supermarket, restaurants, bars, beach and bus stop.
Summary: Was a perfect holiday for a family of 4. Pool was amazing and then lots to do in the evening.

Positive: Great location, pool area was very nice. Property was clean. The beds were comfy and I slept great. Very handy toilet and outdoor shower around the pool. Able to contact the owner straight away when an unprecedented bad storm caused damage.
Negative: No A/C in lounge or living areas, only the bedrooms. The lounge was unbearably hot so we ended up sitting in bedrooms to cool down. The fan provided in lounge just circulated hot air. Lacked the finishing touches, simple things like hooks for robes/clothes in bathroom and bedrooms. No real wardrobe in third box room. It would have been nice to be able to access the pool from the back of the villa, a bit of a nuisance having to go out front door and walk around the villa. Likewise, couldn’t access the kitchen from pool without walking around to the front. A minor point really but worth noting if need to keep a constant eye on younger children.
Summary: We felt it was over-priced given we’ve stayed in nicer villas in Menorca for cheaper.
