Positive: Everything was absolutely perfect! The ground-floor apartment in a quiet area near Veľká Lomnica is incredibly spacious, well-maintained, and has a huge kitchen with everything you need. The massive terrace offers a priceless, stunning view of the High Tatras. Private gated parking is a huge plus. The location is excellent—just 5 km from Vrbov thermal pools, with all hiking trails easily accessible by car, and bikes are also available. Best of all was the host, Lucia! She was wonderful, communicated easily in English, welcomed us warmly, and gave us great hiking tips. This is a place where you definitely want to stay for a longer time. Highly recommended!

Positive: I spent a long time looking for the right place and decided after reading feedback about Villa Maria . Everything was as advertised on the site and Lucia is an excellent host. We were in apartment 3 which has three large bedrooms with views of the Tatra mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped and well stocked with a stove, oven and microwave. We ate the comfortable kitchen table and enjoyed the balcony and view. We also barbecued in the beautiful garden downstairs . We travelled with two adult sons but children could enjoy all sorts of things in the garden including a trampoline. , small soccer goals, a play house and many toys. Lucia was available for any question . Her English is great and she has many practical suggestions . It is very easy to get to the starting points of all major hikes . We hired a car and within 10 to 30 minutes we were in the mountains . We did various hikes in the mountains , went one day to close by Jasna in the low Tatras and had a relaxing float on the river separating Slovakia and Poland. On a lot of the hikes there are mountain huts where you can eat and drink. The best guide for hiking in English that I could find was Tatra Mountains 90 trails and seven car tours by Sandra Bardwell. The hikes are very well described including all practical information. (We did each hike in 25 to 50 percent more time ! ). There is a great supermarket Lidl seven minutes drive away in Kezmarock with a great bakery. We also used bicycles provided by Lucia to cycle on a magnificent cycle path to Kezmarok. Over all a superb stay. Thank you Lucia !

Positive: The apartment is has a beautiful location, with a direct view to the Tatra. The neighbourhood is very silent. You can find several kind of shops in a 10 minutes drive (Lidl, Billa). The rooms are spacious with enough wardrobes for your clothes. The appartement is equippid with everything what you can imagine. It has many toys for the kids, outdoor furnitures, BBQ, summer kitchen next to the garden. There is enough place to park your car. The whole apartement was absolutely clean. Beds are convinient. There was no air condition but nights were cold even if there was a heatwave in the end of August, so we could sleep well. All windows have insect net so you can let the fresh air in. If you would like to go hiking then the location is perfect. Every tourist attraction is available in half an hour by car. Lucia was really kind and guided us through the apartment when we arrived. She recommended a really good restaurant too. If we had any issue or question she was available. She speaks English well, so it was easy to communicate.

Positive: Absolutely amazing place. Best place ever stayed. Incredibly large and cozy apartments. An incredibly large bathroom. We felt like home or even better. The hostess has taken care of everything possible. Large yard, great location for traveling by car in all directions. Parking at the door or in the fenced yard. Many booklets are left in the apartment to plan your trip. Games for children, all tools for grilling. The hostess is extremely friendly and kind. Large balcony with table and chairs and a great view of the mountains. We are extremely grateful to the hostess for taking such care of her guests.

Positive: First of all, lucia is great lovely and helpfull. She gave us many tips for our stay and it was extremly helpfull. The place itself was great, big and beautiful,there is a huge garden and a parking place. The view from the balcony is absolutly amazing with a direct view on the tetra mountains.
