Positive: Lovely big villa with a large pool. All rooms had en-suite Plenty of room for a family of 14

Negative: It is a bit dated in parts and looks old and tired in places. Problems with blocked drains and electric but expected in the country in Spain. No parasols round the pool areas for the sun loungers and some of the sun loungers were old and broken

Positive: The property just worked for us. The size and location were excellent. Both of the hosts were always on hand if we needed them. Marian even brought us some homemade scones. Can't say enough how much we enjoyed our time at the villa

Positive: So much space and incredible mountain views and facilities for a sporty group - loved the large pool, tennis court, table tennis etc. Large outdoor dining areas and BBQ. Great hosts

Negative: Have to drive to the coast and for bars and restaurants but not an issue for us with hire cars and we got taxis for a night out in Mojacar

Summary: Incredible facilities and space with amazing views of the mountains

Positive: We loved our week at the villa - SO much space inside and out with generous bedrooms and en-suites and loads of different indoor seating areas though we were mostly outside. We are a group of 7 sporty friends so having the tennis, table tennis, boules and lovely pool was perfect. Ivan also organised badminton and pádel tennis for us. It is ideal for friends or two or three families with enough privacy but fantastic sociable areas too. We barbecued and ate at the villa most of the time (supermarket at nearby Turre and Lidl an 8 min drive away) We had excellent menu del noche for €18 at Solare in Turre twice and a night out in nearby Mojacar. (10 min taxi) The pueblo is very pretty with great views and we loved the parade at the Christian and Moors festival at the Playa. The villa is amazing, the hosts are superb, needless to say we have booked for next year!

Positive: Lots of space for a group of 13 of us (6 adults and 7 young people ranging from 2 to 16). Fabulous, large pool where we spent a lot of time. The villa was clean and well equipped. Well located for trips to nearby towns, beaches and activities.

Negative: we struggled to find it initially using Google maps in the dark. By daylight and having once been there it was fine.

Summary: Lovely relaxing stay with friends.
