Summary: The property was beautiful. Spent most of the time outside enjoying the wonderful grounds and superb large swimming pool. The family were lovely and we all had a wonderful relaxing time. Highly recommend.

Summary: We had an absolutely fantastic week in Italy, staying at this incredible villa. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the spotlessly clean accommodation and the meticulously maintained grounds. The villa had everything you could possibly want for a perfect holiday. The pool is enormous and provided endless fun and relaxation under the Italian sun. The surrounding grounds are stunning, offering a serene and picturesque setting that made our stay even more special. Our hosts were exceptionally helpful and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them, and their warm hospitality made us feel at home. We can’t recommend this villa highly enough. It’s the perfect place for a relaxing and memorable getaway in Italy.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa set amongst olive groves; and the region of Pulgia. Each day we went out sightseeing around Pulgia, which we loved. At the end of each day we looked forward to a revitalizing dip in the pool. The grounds were like an oasis to relax and enjoy. Enzo was very responsive when we had an issue. He also helped out with a medical problem which we were very grateful for. Truly a memorable vacation!

Summary: Ideal venue for a family or group of friends. We were a three generation family group of three couples and a baby. The three large bedrooms had been made up as double beds but had the option for one to be single beds. There was also a cot. All bedrooms had large wardobes and plenty of drawer storage. One bedroom had an en-suite shower room and there was also a family bathroom with a bathtub and mixer tap / shower. The large pool and surrounding area gave plenty of different places to sit or sunbathe which offered shade in the afternoon. There was a lovely shady eating area where we spent most of our evenings as the house was rather hot. Be prepared to do battle with the mosquitoes. The kitchen had a huge fridge / freezer, which was very welcome. The cooker had a bottle gas hob and electric oven. We were welcomed by Enzo and Mariella, who took care of the house and our needs. Francesco was available by phone or WhatsApp for any queries that needed dealing with. Enzo and Mariella were extremely helpful and keen to make our stay a good experience. Enzo visited at least once a day to tend to the grounds and pool and make sure everthing was OK. Overall we had a lovely holiday and would recommend it.
