Positive: We had a family holiday, 8 adults, the villa was of a good size to accommodate us. Good Size Swimming Pool with access via steps which was suitable for all ages. Great Location near to beaches, restaurants, shops etc. Extremely efficient communications via Renia regarding access to the Villa and any queries we had.
Summary: Excellent, very enjoyable family break.

Positive: Great location, very quiet, easy to find and within walking distance of local shops and restaurants. Close to the beach and there’s a bus stop nearby. We didn’t hire a car and we didn’t need one apart from a transfer from the airport which the host kindly arranged. It was super clean and the staff were friendly and good at communicating. Pool was sparkling clean and great sun loungers.
Negative: The layout is a little awkward - you need to go out the front door to the pool unless you walk through the main bedroom…. And apart from the big shaded table there’s nowhere to eat outside by the pool. A few more tables would be good!

Positive: Fantastic villa which was just as shown on the pictures. We especially enjoyed the garden, pool, bbq and outdoor dining area. The hosts were particularly helpful and communicative.

Negative: Little issue with ants but as soon as we told the owners they sorted it

Positive: Property was in a great location - easy access to both Acharavi and Roda by foot. Was beautifully presented on arrival. The home owners were very welcoming and lovely people. Any problems and they were there to help.
Negative: The only real negative unfortunately was the amount of ants found inside the property. Again owners were very helpful in trying to sort and keep the problem at bay so it did not dampen our time there. There was also the complex that was being built near by - some noise yes but again didn’t dampen our time there. The only other thing was that the communal areas of the house and the balconies could also benefit from some more chairs/furniture.

Positive: The outside space, pool and rooms in the house are very good and the beds are really nice. The location is about 10 minute walk to RODA and we loved it there. Small supermarket very close by.
Negative: the balconies need to be furnished. unfortunately next door both sides had garden / patio works going on when we were there so a bit of noise but not much can be done about that!
