Positive: - typical traditional historical Italian house - good location between Pisa and Florence and also within walking distance of Capannoli centre (check out restaurant La Torre while there if you can) - very responsive and friendly host

Negative: - very steep stairs to 2 of the 3 bedrooms (it was OK for us as our children are 9 years old and above but could be tricky for younger children or old people) - be mindful there are additional charges to the ones advertised on the main booking page (cleaning fee of 120Euros etc.). It is in the small prints but we missed it.
