Summary: Lovely villa, fantastic location but needs maintenance. All bathroom fittings in all bathrooms needs attention. Pool lovely but steps are seriously dangerous plus outside not cleaned properly from previous tenant's dirty tissue and toothpick on glass table which had not been cleaned for a long time plus half empty water bottles and cigarette buts, when we complained it was not taken seriously we believe they did send someone to sort but half empty water bottles were thrown in the hedge bottom and tissue and tooth pick remained untouched. Such a shame as location is second to none

Summary: Had amazing 2 week stay at villa Mina we have stayed in Dalyan for last 10 years and love the location of the villa is the area we tend to stay at , lovely wakeing up to the mountain veiw and watching the little old woman opposite looking after her goats , the villa its self well equiped with everything you will need the added bonus the water cooler even though its only 1 minute across the room to the corner shop , and next to instanbul bistro who serve lovely food and will even bring it to the villa if you having a lazy day . The bedrooms plenty of wardbrobe space , the beds are comfortable too. nice size pool even though there in may bit too cold to swim. Aircon is great as first couple of nights we had to put on to warm setting. Only 5 minutes walk doen to the river where you pass a selection of good eating places . only one complaint we would have gets quiet noisy with the busses going passed but after a while you tend to forget about the noise still a perfect villa and too us perfect location , we must of loved it as we are back for 2 weeks in september . Mina who owns the villa is a lovely lady who we have known for years staying at her other villas she is there to help you with anything you may want to ask or need . Will be booking again next year too .

Summary: Mina was there to greet us upon arrival, she gave her number to me so I could contact her with any issues. The patio area had ants, so I asked for them to be dealt with and the next day they were gone! We had another issue which was quickly resolved so excellent customer service. The house is spacious and beautiful but tired (standard for rentals). The location is very central less than 5 minutes to town centre and has a shop and two restaurants less than a minute walk, AND it felt very safe. The only reason I have dropped one star is because there is no outside eating which is a shame as that area now enclosed with glass doors that open but it’s not the same, the patio had weeds and was cracked and raised in places. The showers are typical Dalyan and the beds were very comfortable. I do recommend this villa as we were 6 friends that all had an amazing stay, the pool was perfect, internet good and Mina was brilliant!! Upon arrival Mina gave us a card which is on the fridge to get a filter water refill, when I rang it arrived in under 10 mins and was very inexpensive and gave us instant cold filtered water so I recommend. The next-door neighbours were from Istanbul and friendly, they invited us in for Turkish tea, but our stay was too short. You will get a visit from a family member asking if you want a boat trip, my advice is to look at the boat first as there are quite a few and the cost for private hire should not be more than £250 for several hours including food.

Summary: Fantastic holiday and villa. The villa is in a perfect location very close to the centre. Also benefitted from 2 restaurants within less than a minute walk and a small shop opposite the villa.
